Was able to get scheduled on short notice. Extremely detailed inspection report. Much more thorough than expected. Really looked at every possible place for concern. Very satisfied with level of service.

This is the 3rd time we have used Bee Secure Home Inspections, and each time it has been exemplary. Michael spends as much time as you need with you going through each of the areas for home inspection as well as gives you suggestions and tips how to upkeep your home. He is very knowledgeable about each and every aspect of the home and goes above and beyond to get the perfect report. His report is very thorough and easy to read. He has dealt with my and my partner's father on the jobsite answering every question they had, impressing them both. Mikael was incredibly detail-oriented and went the extra mile to ensure every aspect of the home was covered in his inspection. He went through the crawl space, attic, and onto the roof in order to ensure nothing was missed. The home report included full color pictures and detail shots, and it went into everything we discussed on site along with extra recommendations and notes about repairs. This report allowed us to approach the negotiating table with confidence, knowing that our inspection supported our requests for maintenance and repair.
