Amazing! I called at 8:05 AM. They were very nice on the phone. Took my information and listened to what was wrong. They happened to be available that morning and made an appt to come at 10am. As I had to work I asked if I had to be there and they said I didn’t. They called me when job was done and I was able to use my credit card over the phone no problem and was charged same amount as indicated on call. Came home and nest was gone! So happy! Would definitely use this company again and am considering their annual program for pests and terminates! Great experience. If you have a bees nest or similar I would definitely call these folks. Reasonably priced and on time!

We found a wasp infestation outside our house, so on a Friday evening, I left a message on the Bee Wise website, asking for help. About an hour later, I got a call from Luis (I had left my phone number on the message), and early the next morning, as scheduled, he arrived at our house. After a quick inspection, he explained in a clear manner what the problem was and what options we had to address the problem. He then carried out the extermination in a professional, effective, and efficient manner. Luis is a courteous gentleman with an excellent sense of humor. And, he charges prices that are very reasonable. I give him my highest recommendation.
