They did a great job.

It went better than I could have imagined. First and foremost was the very fair cost. I had another price from another company that specialized on moving and setting up pool tables. That other price was MORE THAN DOUBLE the price I paid with Begley (I paid $415 total, that included a ping-pong table that fit over the top of the pool table). Abolutely no complaint, even minor. Rather I was thrilled.

Work was done satisfactorily. Workers were polite and on time.

I hired Dwayne to install a billard table which had been previously purchased. When he and a helper arrived I learned that the table would not fit down the stairs and into my basement. Dwayne offered to sell me a table that he had and to install it for me the following day which he did. The table is beautiful and in great condition however; only three days into my purchase I was playing and one of the pockets pulled away from the table. I immediately phoned Dwayne and he promised to come and repair this the following day...he did not. I called Dwayne later that afternoon well after the time he had promised to arrive. Dwayne again promised to come and make the repair but, did not. I phoned Dwayne twice more requesting that he repair the table and each time he told me that he would and did not. I told my sister that I planned to write this review and she said that she would make one final attempt to get Dwayne to stand by his promise. Dwayne told he that he would arrive this morning to make the repair between 8:30am and 10:00am. I have been at home all day only steps away from the front door and no Dwayne, no phone calls at any time to reschedule or explain.. nothing. To be clear, there is a reason that pockets pull away from a billard table, it is because during installation the pocket bolts were installed incorrectly. This man is extremely unprofessional and I would admonish all to find another company to use. I will never use this company again and now I will have to pay someone else to properly install the pocket bolts..Beware!

They were very businesslike and professional. They were on time, and did the job in a short amount of time.

Showed up on time. Nice job, done in about 90 minutes.

Dwayne was professional and did exactly what we agreed upon. His price was more reasonable than other estimates. I will use his company in the future if I need billiard service.

Excellent work, proficient. We thought we also needed a new felt, he was able to stretch ours so we did not have to buy a new one. Was priced very reasonably compared to other quotes. Would hire again

They were able to easily arrange the pick up and delivery around our schedule, the cost was reasonable, and the two guys that did the moving were professional and efficient.

Great, they explained in detail the process, provided tis for the maintenance of the table as well as tricks useful for the game

The billiards table move went fantastic!  Begley's Billiards showed up exactly at the scheduled time.  They were prompt, courteous and very careful during the disassembly and removal from the home the table was being moved from.  When they began the set-up in my home, they confirmed the ideal location to minimize/eliminate hindrances for pool play in my basement.  I am a curious person by nature and they were very kind to explain each step of their set-up and assembly process.  They are very careful, meticulous, and diligent.  I highly recommend Begley's Billiards. <br />

everything was great. these guys know what they are doing! super easy to work with and do a great job. they showed up right on time and stayed within the time frame they gave me. they moved thr pool table pieces from the garage to the basement and pit it all together. the pool table looks as good as new even after it has been sitting disassembled for over 5 years. their prices beat everybody else's around and I will use them again in the future for sure!

He was good- no hitches, no problems.

I contacted them on Tuesday morning because I needed a pool table moved by Sunday. They were able to schedule the move Thursday morning which was much appreciated. They arrived at the sellers home and disassembled the table. During the process Dewayne noticed there was some damage to one of the legs and bracket. He called me and gave me the heads up the table was damaged. He also kept me informed about when he would be at our house. <br /> <br />They set the table up in the basement,repaired the leg and bracket, leveled the table, and were able to use the existing felt. They were very careful when they brought the table through the house and into the basement. <br /> <br /> I was very pleased with their service, they did a great job. <br />
