Everything was PERFECT from our first contact to the final install. We had our initial meeting with Tim and were given great advice about our aging equipment (18 years) and how to save money over all. A month later, when it became obvious it was time to replace our HVAC system, Jon worked with us to get the right system, right size, evaluating what was needed and what wasn't. We received Colorado rebates and then the work began. The entire Behold technical team came, introduced themselves and their role in the process. Everyone was polite, respectful and most important knowledgeable of what needed to happen. I couldn't be more happy with the entire process and the care the company provided. EXCELLENT SERVICE from beginning to end. Don't look any further for your HVAC needs. Starting with a visit from Macy whose courtesy, professionalism and knowledge convinced me to cancel the two other appointments I had with other HVAC companies. The crew that arrived later in the week to install the new furnace and AC system were nothing short of fantastic. Jon, Brandon and Hunter worked all day and constantly kept me apprised of the progress. Once they completed the work, they spent considerable time testing and making sure the unit functioned well for the particulars of my home, answering all my questions thoroughly and walking me through the operational and maintenance steps of the system. I had the pleasure of working with the prior service member Jay. From the moment we met he had a goal and that goal was good service. Jay and Behold provided great assistance and understanding with what i needed installed in order to fit the needs of my downstairs two bedroom apartment. After spit balling some of my ideas he instantly came up with a solution and design plan that matched perfectly. They executed the task flawlessly and did a damn good job at it. We had an outstanding experience with Behold Heating & Cooling Services! Our HVAC blower (squirrel cage) failed on Thursday evening, just before a weekend with temperatures expected to reach 102 degrees. After calling multiple HVAC companies and being told no one could come out until the following week, Behold was able to schedule Erfan Azimi to come out right away. Erfan quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary parts, and had our air conditioning back up and running before the weekend. He was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We truly appreciated the prompt service and professionalism, especially given how busy HVAC companies are during this heat. I highly recommend Erfan Azimi and Behold Heating & Cooling Services. They turned what could have been a miserable weekend into a comfortable one!

Bryan was friendly and very knowledgeable. He performed a yearly inspection of the A/C system and will return in the fall to inspect the furnace. Pricing is very reasonable!

My AC was blowing warm air and it's almost 100 will be whole week, company that installed/serviced my unit were available only in 4 days. Chris from Behold Heating & Cooling Services called about 8:30 in the morning, appointment set for 10:00am, Tristan showed up right on time, by 10:30 my AC was running like new (capacitor replacement). Very professional, very reasonably priced for a job done, I highly recommend these guys :)

They were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday without a weekend surcharge? already a huge win ? and from the moment their AC technician Tim arrived, we knew we were in great hands. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. He walked us through three clear options to fix our AC and took the time to explain what each one meant. He also pointed out a few additional things we?d want to address down the road, without any pressure or upselling. It felt like he was looking out for us, not just trying to get through another service call. What really stood out was how both Behold and Tim listened. I have to admit that I was reluctant to use a company from Denver (we live in Fort Collins) because of 3 other disasters we had. We needed to have our old A/C compressor replaced. When Jay arrived he was very personable and quite knowledgeable when it came to H/A Units. After looking at our old system he pointed out several more issues with the old system. It seems that the home owners before us just did what they had to do to sell the house. Jay explained the future problems in a way that an 81 year old man could understand. He left us with 3 options to consider. After he left we looked at Behold's reviews and nothing but 5 star ratings, we signed up. Oh yes Jay highly recommended the Heat Pump option. Two days later a team of 6 installers (Dylan, Chris, Hunter, Jon, Brandon and Jose) arrived with our unit and went right to work.
