I couldn?t be happier with my experience with Behold Heating & Cooling Services. They were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday without a weekend surcharge? already a huge win ? and from the moment their AC technician Tim arrived, we knew we were in great hands. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. He walked us through three clear options to fix our AC and took the time to explain what each one meant. He also pointed out a few additional things we?d want to address down the road, without any pressure or upselling. It felt like he was looking out for us, not just trying to get through another service call. What really stood out was how both Behold and Tim listened. They treated us like people they wanted a long-term professional relationship with ? and that?s exactly what they earned. It?s rare these days to feel that level of care and respect from a service company. If you?re in Central Park or anywhere in Denver, I?d recommend Behold without hesitation. I

Kyle was extremely professional. He was prompt, very communicative about the process and repairs needed, and answered questions in layman terms! Behold will be my first call for all future projects!

I have to admit that I was reluctant to use a company from Denver (we live in Fort Collins) because of 3 other disasters we had. We needed to have our old A/C compressor replaced. When Jay arrived he was very personable and quite knowledgeable when it came to H/A Units. After looking at our old system he pointed out several more issues with the old system. It seems that the home owners before us just did what they had to do to sell the house. Jay explained the future problems in a way that an 81 year old man could understand. He left us with 3 options to consider. After he left we looked at Behold's reviews and nothing but 5 star ratings, we signed up. Oh yes Jay highly recommended the Heat Pump option. Two days later a team of 6 installers (Dylan, Chris, Hunter, Jon, Brandon and Jose) arrived with our unit and went right to work. What a great experience! They relocated my outside A/C unit that also required electrical work. The techs were professional, knowledgeable, and finished the job sooner than expected. Th communication was above par, for their arrival and how the job would be done. They took their time explaining and reviewing portions of the job through out the day. I am already telling people that if they need to hire a plumber, I have one and recommend him very, very highly. Corey came and immediately knew what the problem was regarding water contiuously running. He fixed all three of my toilets which was much more doable than my diagnois of it having to do with my irrigation system. I seldom if ever write reviews but this experience really deserved one. Thank you, Corey. PS - The "project" I chose on this questioaire is not the service I received. The company's name does not include plumbing as a specialty but has now added that service...Behold Heatiing and Cooling.

Brian did good work. Was able to fix the leak without having to replace the entire part. The copper tubing was installed very well and is far superior to what was there before. He was timely, friendly and professional.

Tristan was great, very personable, professional, and knowledgeable, he clearly loves his craft. I came away much more informed on related topics and things to look out for. He gave honest and transparent recommendations. I plan on getting further HVAC work done through Behold!

To begin with, Behold Heating and Cooling was the only company interested in talking numbers to me, prior to a scheduled meeting at my house. That meant a great deal to me, giving me peace of mind, that I could actually afford a new furnace. Bryan was so transparent with answering questions as well as sharing what all my choices could be. When Bryan was pulling out the old unit, they noticed a puddle of water under the mobile home. They were able to get a plumber out for me. Kyle quickly correctly identified the issue and made needed repairs. Compared to a couple other quotes I received Beholds’ cost was substantially less. Going forward this is the only company I would use and recommend.

The guys from Behold were great for our water heater replacement. Super easy to communicate with, hard working, and great results. They explained everything along the way and we are happy with the work.

My water heater had gone out and called and called around trying to get quotes and big company’s were trying to schedule in person quotes which I know is a strong arm to get the work done then and there because they are already at your house ect. But with Behold I had a personal direct text from them asking about my situation and all I had to do was give some info send in pictures and voilà! They gave me their quote(2300$) which also beat all the company’s(3k$+) I had heard from! They had a tech out to me ASAP. It almost could’ve been same day but I was in no rush. Hunter came in and did it all him self of removal of old and installing new in just two hours! They are great to work worth and will definitely recommend and go to again.

Professional, friendly and very efficient

The customer service is incredible! Ask for Jay! He sent us a team of technicians (Dylan,Chris,Tristan & Hunter) who were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They got the job done in one day! They also made sure everything was working properly and that we understood how it all worked. Easy to get a hold of and great service.

After being ghosted by several AC companies we were thrilled to have Behold answer their phones, make and keep appointments, and show up for the install. Our 1970s house is blazing hot upstairs in the summer, and after considering several options we settled on a mini split. It was installed today and our bedroom is delightfully cool. Both guys on the job were professional and courteous. They kept us appraised of what they were doing and showed us how everything worked at the end of the day. They have also promised to file all applicable rebates.

The quoting and installation process was smooth. There was no pressure to hire them immediately, and they did a good install.

All of the guys of the “Behold” crew were fantastic! Bryan was super patient, kind and informative, and the rest of the guys were nice, good at what they did and hard working! Really, the whole experience was lovely. The install took them a long time as our house is weird and has many corners so they ended up working a 14 hour day- but no one complained, and even still cleaned up ( in the dark). Would recommend a 100%.
