Shower Install or Replace

The company remodeled my bathroom shower. They finally came through with replacing the shower glass door they damaged after 4 months. It took them more time than it should have taken to complete the issue and unnecessary grief for me. I had to call them several times before they would do anything. Then part of the grout in the shower is cracking after they did the job in Dec 2025. This should not me happening. I contacted them immediately about it. Its been a month and they have not attempted to try to fix it. They said someone would be here on a certain day and time but the person did not show. This is how bad their customer service is. As for the new window screen they gave me with a hole in it. Well, it still has not been replaced. I don't have much faith that it will be replaced by them. I do not recommend this company! They have very poor customer service! They delay on fixing problems that are caused my there mistakes if they actually go through with fixing the problem.

Be Home did a great job on my two bathrooms. His staff were professional and friendly. They did a great job with the curved walls and non-straight lines of the walls in my old building. The tiled shower came out very well. Be Home was also on time with delivering the project. I would definitely use them again for future projects and look forward to it.
