The installation went very well and I was pleased with the outcome. He even mentioned some future projects and improvements that I am considering in the future. The only improvement I suggest is having an estimate ahead of time, I asked several times for a price and unexpected amount of materials that made it higher than what I budgeted. But I’m grateful for the help

We hired Belco to address some water damage in my wife’s closet that we put off repairing for way too long. Obed gave us a very reasonable initial estimate and started the project. Once he got behind the walls, there was a bit more to the project then initially thought so he revised the estimate which was still very reasonable. Finished up today and the closet looks fantastic!! New flooring, removed the old fluorescent light fixture and added can lights. New baseboards too, and obviously new paint since a lot of drywall needed to be replaced. We are planning on redoing both bathrooms in the near future and Belco will be our first call. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Obed and his team did a great job with the electrical panel on a home I provide property management for. The guys were professional and prompt. They got the job done within 24 hrs of providing the estimate. So far, we haven’t had any issues with the work done. I’m planning to use Belco Handyman Pros for upcoming renovations on other properties.
