7 weeks passed I started calling and emailing and calling the cell phone no response! I finally got the "Office Manager", she said they had moved and were experiencing phone problems our shutters were going to be installed and set up a date with me ( we are now in late November), again, no word, no call to confirm the time I waited no one showed up.  We had put 4,200.00 down on our Visa card I tried calling again left multiple messages and threatening emails and I finally received a call to find out our shutters were never even manufactured. <br /> So, I asked to speak to the person who came out to our home back in August and he was not available. <br /> I called my credit card company and cancelled our order and told them we had been misrepresented by this fake company.  They took care of this for me and went after the company Bella Casa Windows. <br /> Do Not Do Business with this company!!!!!!!!! <br /> <br /> <br />
