The 2 gentleman that came out from Bella were courteous and worked hard. Our carpet, that was previously “wavey” in several spots is now smoothe and looks great. Price was reasonable, too! Would definitely hire Bella for future jobs.

Very well. Responded quickly and scheduled for the next day. Arrived at scheduled time. Not only did they clean up after their work, but actually vacuumed the entire work area.

In November of 2016 Bella Flooring replaced the tile walls and tile floor in our 1st floor bathroom. We got our tiles through Direct Buy and Bella Flooring was on their list of contractors. We met with Randy Higgins, the owner, and he gave a competitive price. We decided on his company and the work was completed to our satisfaction mid November of 2016. During the old tile removal part of the wall to be newly tiled had wood siding. I offered to remove it prior to them installing wallboard and was told not to as it was a solid surface. In the spring of 2017 I contacted the installer, Bob, who did the actual work, that the grout had cracked in the corner of the wall and sent him a picture of the defect. The corner of the marble windowsill also cracked off. He agreed to come out to fix it but failed to show up. We contacted Randy on May 4th, 2017 to find out what had happened and inform him that the wall tiles had cracked in addition to the grout cracks. The cracks appeared to be at the joint line of the wallboard and siding. Randy and Bob came to the house to view the tiles and found additional tiles that had crazed or cracked beyond what we saw. Randy informed us the tiles could become dangerous if shards flaked off into the tub. Randy said it was defective tile. They might cut us. Randy said he would replace the wall tiles and make the job right and it should be done soon. Not being confident of the installed tile we asked if we could pick another tile. Randy agreed to that on June 21st and suggested we find a tile at Virginia Tile. I asked Randy if we should contact Direct Buy about the tile warranty and he said there was no need, he would take care of everything. I went to the Dal Tile location and asked about the tile warranty. I was told it had to be done through Direct Buy since they were the buyer. On August 7th, 2017 Randy texted me to see if he could start the next day. We talked on the phone and I said we did not want the bathroom torn apart until the new tile was in. Randy said that was okay and the tile was going to take a couple of weeks to arrive. On September 3rd I texted Randy asking if the tile had arrived. I got no reply. I texted Randy again on September 18th. Again, no reply. I called Randy and left a voice message on September 25th. I texted on October 2nd asking Randy or Bob to call and give us a time-frame. I called Randy on November 6th and 13th and left voice messages. I texted and called Randy again on November 15th and got no reply. My wife also called Randy on her phone and left messages. We then contacted Direct Buy on Dec. 29, 2017 and opened a complaint on the tile. Pictures of the install were sent and they contacted Dal tile. Dal tile said the tile was installed improperly. There was no waterproof membrane installed and the tiles were staggered at 50% instead of 33% as the spec sheet states. I remember asking Randy about the stagger and was assured 50% was okay. Randy was contacted by Direct Buy about remedying the problem. His story changed with them. Randy said we had a 100 year old cottage and the original tile was set in mud. Randy said it would just cause the same problem because of the exterior wall fixture. Our house is an 80 year old Bungalow. The old tile was not original to the house and was not set in mud. The house has no fixture on the exterior wall. Randy told Direct Buy he would contact us. He has not. He also fails to respond to Direct Buy. We were told Direct Buy has removed Bella Flooring from their Preferred Contractor list. We went to Small Claims Court and asked for $2,000. Randy paid the amount choosing not to go to court.

Install was good, but no one here calls you back. Are they in business? 3 voicemails and no response is unacceptable. I needed them to come back and finish stair job they already charged me for.

Randy visited our home to do some measurements and give us an estimate for the install. We ordered the carpet and scheduled the installation for a few weeks later. When the carpet arrived Randy contacted us immediately and confirmed the schedule for the installation. On installation day, Jerry arrived when he said he would and worked all day and part of the next day on the install. We used a patterned carpet, and the install was over a concrete floor so the tack strips needed a lot of work, this is the reason the install took two days. Jerry matched the pattern perfectly in all areas. There were many cutouts, a raised platform, and irregular shapes in the area, and he still got everything matching exactly, even carrying the pattern up the staircase! We were very impressed. Jerry also accommodated an unscheduled repair request to replace the carpet on two stair treads that had paint stains on our main floor staircase. The carpet looks great and we would highly recommend Bella Floors to anyone! <br />

Right from the start the owner, Randy and his crew showed professionalism, skill and knowledge. They did a wonderful job, much more than would be expected. Their price was Very competitive and they used well known, quality material that we picked out. I cannot say enough good things about this crew. I will recommend them to anyone who'll listen.
