I would like to start out by saying what a fantastic year this has been for me and my company! I started this business walking the streets of trendy Winter Park, focusing on homes that might need a cleaning company. I managed to pass out several flyers about who I am and what my company represents. I am a full custom Maid Service, serving all of central florida and the surrounding counties. Ive been known to travel far for my clients. My goal is to serve my clients in a way they expect. My cleaning abilities started when I was a young girl. I want to add that I absolutely love to clean (it’s my zen) I would also like to point out that I have an extensive background in the communications field serving as a project manager for billion dollar companies. I decided to hang up the office life to start my very own company in 2004 “Bella Donna’s Maid Service” which my husband named for me. I am a wife to a loving husband, and I am an animal lover of all kinds. I have 4 fur babies who look forward to me arriving home safe every evening, (for their treats ) and love. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE--- DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!! After my husband walked her through our 1400 square foot home and having her promise us an entirely clean home which we paid 460 dollars cash for, upfront, she did NOT deliver, in fact- she never finished the job and has since been elusive and nearly impossible to communicate with. I received a text message from her four hours after she started cleaning my home, stating she was leaving early (though I paid her for 6 hours of cleaning). She then said she needed MORE money to come back to my house and 'finish the job' because it took her ALMOST FIVE HOURS to clean my 5 by 6 foot kitchen? As soon as I told her that was unacceptable, she tried backtracking and claimed she did clean the whole house- that I 'misunderstood her', directly contradicting her own words (WHICH I HAVE IN TEXT MESSAGES). My husband then had to call her and sort out things, to which she agreed she needed to come back and finish the home, free of charge, and she would 'make things right' and it would be at no additional cost to us. When i arrived home the day of her 'cleaning' there was dust everywhere, the floors were untouched and still dirty- just to name a few of the issues- though the kitchen was almost entirely clean. (Still not sure what she did in those near 5 hours- and that has yet to be confirmed to me). Since then, it has been a communication battle to get her to come back and finish what I paid her for. After agreeing to come back- she has ignored my calls and text messages several times, and stood me up on more than one occasion that I made clear to her both my husband and I were re-arranging our work schedules to accommodate her. She has 'read' stamps on her text messages so I know she is getting what i say, and still manages to say she didn't get my messages? Well here is my message, Donna, in my opinion, YOU OWE ME MONEY AND SERVICES- YOU ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL As my husband told you the last time you picked up your phone, I had no intention of going down this road and blasting you on the internet if you were going to make things right, but since I've given you multiple opportunities to fix your wrongs and you've blown them all- I feel that the rest of THE PUBLIC HAS THE RIGHT TO BE WARNED OF YOU. This honestly makes me sick. I learned my lesson and will never pay someone before the job is done- but I guess I'm at fault for being trusting. I have all of my correspondence with her via text messages saved so if Angie's List wants to contact me about it, I'm more than happy to share, As for me, I will now have to hire another cleaner to come finish Donna's job, the day before a Holiday, because she once again stood me up.

"I did deep clean her entire home! The reason for her call in the first place was because her home needed a severe deep cleaning! Yes, I try to explain the deep cleaning process and how it works with my company? I am very thorough and very detailed. While deep cleaning her house I noticed it was particularly many years of built up grease and dirt. The house needed at least 8-10 hours because I can rest assure you that it had not been properly deep cleaned ever! I must say the kitchen and bathroom's were the worst! The Deep Cleaning is an estimate only and that's why she was charged an hourly rate of $75 an hour. I am very professional and try my hardest to never leave a client displeased. Sometimes in life you can't please everyone? But, I did try and go out of my way to please her and her husband. I am a professional deep cleaner! My reviews are what keeps my business going? I am a small independent house cleaner that wakes up everyday with a smile on my face. I love my job and I love to make others smile too! I hope you all know I really did try to make it right with [Removed Member Name] , but I just couldn't make it right with her! I am truly sorry she wasn't happy. [Removed Member Name] , was told that depending on how bad the kitchen was that we would more then likely need another few hours to get it all to her expectations? I didn't know the exact amount of time it would take until I got in and got started. [Removed Member Name] , expressed to me that her kitchen was real dirty! I did try to make it right by offering another cleaning but expressed via my phone conversation with [Removed Member Name] , that it would need to be done within 48 hrs.... they wanted to wait until they had everything moved in? After a month later I received a call to come back in and re-clean? I also have photos which I don't think it would be very professional to expose or legal? I care about each and every client like they are family! That I can promise you! There is a saying in life, and this one came from my Husband! He says? You know what Donna? I said what? He says......" No Matter how hard you try to make it right? You're not going to be able to make or please everyone? I said you're right! But , I tried too....because that is the way I am! Donna came and did a deep clean to get us started. She did an amazing job and was very thorough. I have never seen my tub look so clean and she got a smell out of my garbage disposal that I have been trying to get rid of for two years! I was really impressed and I am picky about cleaning services--often, they are not up to my standards. When I first tried to schedule with her, we had some miscommunication and I am really glad I decided to just schedule a bit further out and still work with her because she was worth the wait!

Donna is very professional and thorough. I wish I could rate her an A+. I hired her for a one time clean before a party and was so impressed with her work and her professionalism I hired her for biweekly services. She has been cleaning our house since May and I have not been disappointed. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She enjoys her work and wants to make sure we are happy with her service. She does not mind special requests and is always pleasant and friendly. The real bonus is that she loves dogs and does not mind them being out and with her while she is cleaning. Happy that I found her!

Her sevice exceeded my expectations, she was very detailed. She not only cleaned she organized the house too! I left in the morning with a messy house and when I got home after work, all beds were made, and everything was in their place. Even my 5 years old son noticed how clean was his bedroom.

Bella Donna's goes above and beyond when cleaning my house. Donna is a perfectionist, and she makes sure everything is done right. They take their time when cleaning, so they don't miss anything. I love the added details, such as making a rose out of the toilet tissue! <br /> It is a pleasure to come home to an extremely clean home! Donna is reliable and trustworthy, and I would recommend her to anyone!

Bella Donna cleaning service is a very professional housekeeping service owned and most importantly operated by Donna, the owner. Donna comes with her crew and stays onsite working alongside her employees, not just dropping off and picking up later. She has an attention to detail and that most homeowners have when cleaning their own homes. She has been in the business for a long time and can be trusted to listen to your needs and delivering, as that is what I have experienced. <br />

Service was Great! I called at the last minute, needing my house cleaned so I could bring my Daughter and Granddaughter home from the hospital. They showed up promptly and did a great job. Bathrooms, floors,dusting, they did it all. <br />
