Horrible. They lost 50% of my clothing. They lost my bed sheets, duvet cover and ruined my decorative pillows. They mixed up my donation bags with my regular clothing. Dominic did not try to rectify the situation, instead he said I was trying to pull a fast one on them. They lost my bedding, they laundered clothing that should have been dry cleaned. The clothes they did return were laundered and not dry cleaned, my bedding is missing. . Many tops are missing. Most of the returned items were laundered, not dry cleaned and because of that shrank my clothing. They were returned wet and still, to this day they smell like mildew. They put a lien against my house without telling me. I paid for the water remediation but refused to pay the dry cleaning bill for obvious reasons. They recommended someone to rebuild my room and that recommendation turned out beyond horrible. They did not know how to miter baseboards and did not use corner bead when installing drywall. To top it all off, their movers scratched my Ethan Allen bedroom furniture. Do not use this company. They will try to intimidate you and accuse you of being at fault.

Well, would hire again.

They were paid on July 31st, 2015 and cashed the check for $6,601 but, haven't done any of the insulation. I have contacted Dominic multiple times and he was supposed to send someone out but, the guy never showed.

When my brand new refrigerator leaked and caused about fifteen thousand in damage to my kitchen, I called several reviewed companies. I got four estimates to remove the damaged cabinets and dry wall, and to dry out what was able to be saved. I chose Bella T because no matter how many questions I asked or what horrible 'what if' scenarios' I worried about, the staff at Bella T were confident, patient, and reassuring. They took my calls at night and on Sunday. They told me it would be okay, they would handle everything, and they were true to their word. Bella T worked directly with my insurance company. This was a huge relief to me as my husband was out of the country and I know nothing about construction. Their staff were so nice, one even baked me a cheese cake and gave it to me when the job ended! The first company that came out to assess the damage terrified me and told me all sorts of awful things with enormous costs. All of which turned out to be wrong. Thank goodness I continued to get estimates and found Bella T.

I found this company thru Angies' List. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Women should feel very comfortable coming to this company for help. They took care of everything from explaining what needed to be done, the cause of the problem, and completely dealt with the insurance company to ensure coverage. I had no knowledge of how all of this and Adam (the team supervisor) was very responsive and patient to my many calls and questions. Anyone with water damage or mold should get in touch with this company.

The process seemed to go very slowly, but I am very happy with the end result.

I am a general contractor and I use Bella T Inc. all the time for mold removal water damage jobs before I do my rehabs. The air tests always pass and they work well with insurance companies.

He did give me the written plan, he apologized and said he may have sent it to the wrong email by mistake. Very apologetic for the mistake of communication. I thought it was very well written and the instructions were very clear, That is exactly what i needed, and I could not be happier.

These guys are the best. They work really well together and are very willing to listen to my stories that I like to tell. I have the best stories and it really helps me to share them out loud to people.

Bella T was on time, started work right away and was able to work with my insurance to minimize my out of pocket expenses.  Dominic was very knowledgeable on the subject and his crew was efficient and left the place mold free and clean as certified by an environmentalist after the job was completed.  I highly recommend them for any remediation needs after fire or flood.

It went well. The whole project was probably done within a month. Required some new repairs for the bathroom, which they coordinated. And also some new drywall, painting, and new flooring for the damaged area. It's helpful that they handle the insurance because it takes something extra off my plate.

It went great. <br />They fixed the water damage as well on a few walls. I am glad I hired them to handle. Very professional.

I had a broken water heater they came in boxed up all my items and relocated them and my furniture to my garage and when the work was finished they put everything back. Great service from start to finish also my insurance paid it all.

The experience was very pleasant and Mark and Adam made me and my family feel very comfortable during this time. Its never easy to deal with major damage like our family did, but all you can do is move forward and with the help from Bella T the process went very smooth.

Bella T, Inc. provided excellent service. The crew that arrived was knowledgeable and quickly began working. They were able to work with my insurance so there were no out of pocket costs for me.

The first work they did for me was good, but the second time they came the workers were sloppy. They claimed that they couldn't work after the first guy. The first job was in August. They had someone put up drywall that wasn't familiar with drywall. They didn't hang the corners correctly. The guy who came out to finish the job, he refused to use a screw gun to put up the corner beams because, it wasn't done right. My work is still not completed. I called them to come out and finish the job. The contact person told me that the owner didn't want to come back out here, and I would have to talk to him directly. They billed my insurance company, and overcharged on somethings. The insurance company got a little miffed with them, and then I got a letter of non-renewel from my insurance company. They have very skilled people, but I think they are stretched too far. They didn't have the right personnel to finish the job. They had a lot of flooding issues last fall. I would like them to come back, finish the corner beams on and then finish my garage. They could have sent out someone who knew how to do drywall, the guys that they sent out were on the demolition team. I had to call them several times. They were here on time. When they said they would be here at 8 AM, they were here at 8 AM. The crew was stretched.

<p>Went great.  Dominic was fantastic in explaining everything to me during the inspection.  And, all the workers who came to set up all the equipment and remove the drywall were very understanding of the situation with my son (who has special needs) and the fans/dehumidifiers that had to be set up - there had to be plenty of room to move around so they were careful to leave the plastic containment areas (with the machines in them) with enough space for my son to be able to maneuver, and for me to get to the back door to still be able to let the dog out into the back yard!  The workers accidentally picked up my son's jacket when they left (he threw it down on the floor as he went into a seizure from being overwhelmed with all the noise from the machines), but they made sure it was returned when they came back to turn off all the machines and remove the equipment.  Adam and the crew were great!</p> <br />
