"I understand your frustration. And again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and your tenants. As I previously informed you, We had to quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure. My, your or anyone’s opinion on the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic has no effect on the reality of virus and it’s threat. I have a duty as a business owner to keep my clients and anyone who works on my behalf safe. So if even one person on my staff comes in contact with someone who is positive or tests positive themselves I must take the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately that includes halting work until we have properly quarantined. I would much rather be scrutinized and deal with the repercussions of halting business operations then knowingly and intentionally contribute to someone contracting the virus and possibly spreading it as well. Money is not worth anyone’s health. Your property can be moved into. You chose to not allow your tenants to move in. A home can be painted while it is occupied. I’m not preventing them from living there. I even agreed to assist with the costs of the hotel that you chose to put them in. We are in temporary quarantine shutdown. The men who masked your property did that for free on their own time. We are compassionate and believe helping someone even when it doesn’t benefit us because it is the right thing to do. I stopped them from starting to paint so we didn’t leave you with a half painted home. This whole situation is awful for everyone. I wouldn’t have even started your project if I knew this halt was coming. I lose money everyday I'm shutdown. But I’m honest, cause it’s the right thing to do. If you want to drag my company name down and give me 1 star reviews for trying to do the right thing then I can’t stop you. But please don’t make me out to be the enemy. I’m just playing the cards I’ve been dealt no matter how terrible they are."
