They were honest, courteous, and never tried to upsell me on anything. Their price was incredibly reasonable—about four times lower than some of the other estimates I received.
These days, with tools like ChatGPT, it's easier to do a little research beforehand, get a general idea of what might be wrong, and understand the typical cost range. Hopefully that makes it harder for companies to overcharge customers.
I've unfortunately had some bad experiences in the past with HVAC companies. One technician even told me that the company has a base price and I think they don't get paid except for what they can charge over the base. So lets say something costs $200 but they don't get paid except from what they can charge over the 200 so they wanted to charge me 500 so it makes it worth it for both of the techs that came over!
This company felt refreshingly different. They focused on fixing the problem at a fair price, and I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism

This is an excellent company with extremely friendly and caring representatives. The work they did was timely and efficient and the explanations of how to run the system were continuously available in person and on the phone and on email. I highly recommend this company.

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
They placed the unit under a low window that one could see the unit instead of placing it under a different where the windows are higher and when one looks out the unit is not viable. I also had planned to replace the low window with a French door. I asked them to move it and they only moved the unit but not the pipes so I still could not install the French doors in the space because they only moved the unit and not the pipes. The pipes are still in the way and I can not have the French doors installed. They said they could move the pipes and unit for $4,000.00. I'm at a standstill

Although we work very hard to make sure that every installation is seamless by ensuring the project is well thought out and planned correctly, which is why we get approval from the homeowner for the placement of the systems beforehand, we can not account for unknowns such as the french door installation that we were not made aware of until after the installation was complete. As you mentioned we moved the unit once, free of charge, with approval from you as well and could not move it to a 3rd location as the new location was against city code. Had them do 2 units on my property. The first one was great, the pre team is great, and the guys who actually do the work. After the 2nd one, where I chose the more expensive option to get a Mitsubishi Heat Pump, the unit would not turn the fan on some of the time. I told them, and wasted insane amounts of time. They kept saying things like 'I am trying to understand what doesn't work.' 'Pretty simple, you choose to run the fan to simply circulate the air and the icon goes, Nest thinks it is on, but does not go on.' Then they said they were going to have a Mitsubishi tech come out and for sure it would get resolved. Never happened. Just listened to a book on Benjamin Franklin and he and John Adams had to share a bed one time while traveling and Adams went to close the window and Franklin said this place will be a tomb if you do. That was what 250 years ago? and HVAC is their business? Guess I will have to take them to court. The office staff post job is a clown car of silly children. So if your job goes great, they will be a good choice. If you run into an issue you will wish you hired ANYONE else. You've been warned.

Service was great and pricing very competitive. Nick Knuth was very knowledgeable when he came to do an assessment of the work to be done, and answered all my questions I'm a very clear way. The techs worked pretty quickly and efficiently when installing the new unit. Deisy and Emma from the office always made sure that things were taken care of and went above and beyond with follow-ups and updates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

The company execs were thorough, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. And did all the work in two days. Also, they cleaned up better than most workers do. Before I agreed to contract them, they analyzed all the problems and issues in and round the house. Eventually I went with most of their suggestions: a new 5-ton A/C, new ducts, several new vents, moving drain pipe to meet permit requirements and so on. I kept the old gas furnace which still works ok. The entire project was not cheap, and not the lowest bid I received. But in the end better to have top of the line analysis, equipment and servicing.

Each step of the process was done professionaly and efficiently, from the initial estimate, through the installation and finally passing a City inspection with no problems. Communication was excellent and I appreciated alll the small details, like getting photo id emails of reps who would be sent and confirmations by phone of timelines. Every phase was prompt and the actual installation was careful and quick. The heat pump is working great.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from Kevin who came out for my initial consultation to Payal and Liz in the office, Robert who came out and helped us choose where everything would go and of course Derek and his crew who did the installation. They were on time and finished early the work is beautiful and the system is working beautifully so far!

In August, 2020 I had a 5.0 Ton VRV-IVS Heat Pump, Daikin RXTQ60TAVJU F005825 4.0 Ton Concealed DC Ducted, and two Daikin FXMQ48PAVJU E013560 0.75-Ton Wall Mounted Units. Unfortunately, there were multiple problems in getting it working properly for about 4 months and to this day, we have some problems. The company was responsive to my calls but incapable of fixing the problems. So I called the Daikin Headquarters and requested an audit. This revealed how incompetent the installers were. They, for example, ran pipes in front of my roof ruining the esthetics of the house while they could have run in through the attic. Also, the whole unit sticks out like a sore thumb. They were trying to disguise it but it only made it tacky. They are nice and personable but totally incompetent

I've had good and bad experiences with contractors. I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I've ever had, from first sales call to final follow-up and everything in between. Timely, professional, courteous and just plain friendly. Tech's were timely, finished ahead of schedule and even threw in a few extras to make sure we were satisfied. Suffice to say, 5 from me. I highly recommend Belle Air Services! From the first moment I called to get a quote, to the moment they finished the job, I could not have asked for better customer service, top notch work, and competitive pricing. They communicated with me all throughout the process, made sure I understood everything that would be done, were on time, protected my home and were clean. They even worked very well with my HOA (who is very tough!). And to top it off, they didn't try to up-sell me as other HVAC contractors have in the past.
