Excellent service! When we lived in Maryland, I had used Stanley Steamers, but here in Pennsylvania, I decided to try this carpet cleaning business because it was on Angie's List with good reviews. Belles' did an amazing job on my carpets, which had never been cleaned since we had them installed four years ago. Our daughter and her now-2-year old lived with us for several years and the bedroom they slept in had so many spots on the carpet from the baby spilling things and generally making a mess. But Buddy at Belles Carpet Cleaning did such a good job that the carpet looks like new! I never thought this would be possible. See before and after photos below.

As expected and explained

After I had made the appointment, the serviceman arrived thinking he was to clean my house, not shampoo the carpets. Phone calls back and forth to his office; finally got the directions right. Did adequate job but seemed to lose interest when I told him that three rooms had recently been recarpeted and didn't need cleaning.

The friendly service, courtesy, and results were excellent!! I will definitely call on this firm again.

I didn't do comparison shopping on the price, I just took advantage of the Big Deal which I thought was a good price. I will say that my carpets are 10 years old and I thought that they came out beautifully for the age of the carpet. They were amazingly responsive. They were prompt, professional, and they provided service over and above my expectations.

Belles cleaning saved the day! Shortly before a Saturday dinner party, our English Bulldog had an accident on our living room carpet. It was a huge mess. Buddy arrived within the hour and we were able to carry on with our night like it never happened. We use Belle's for our seasonal carpet cleaning services as well. Their customer service, cleaning and pricing make them the go to in my book!

My entire experience was awesome - flexible scheduling and thorough completion of stretching and cleaning all the carpet in my house. Even tough stains I could not get out myself are now gone - my carpet is now as close to new as it could be!  <br /> Also, a couple weeks later, I had a spill of cranberry juice and Buddy graciously helped me over the phone, recommending how I could clean it immediately before it dried (whew)! Excellent customer service all around! <br />

Prompt and thorough service. Moved furniture as required. All stains were removed from carpeting. He was very courteous and professional. <br />

<p>Did an excellent job removing spots on carpet in master bedroom. I could not identify the dark spots on the carpet but it was no problem for the guys cleaning, they worked until the dark spots were totally removed.</p> <br />

The gentlemen who work for Belles Carpet Cleaning did a great job of cleaning our carpets.  They worked extremely hard and made sure to do the job properly.  At one point the owner called me to see how they were doing.  They even cleaned an area that I was not charged for.   Would definitely use them again. <br />
