They showed up took measurements, and gave us the quote. We were told to contact them when we selected our tile. 3 weeks later I contacted them and they never replied. I tried for the next 6 months to get a response from them to no avail. Their website is down and we are out the money we paid. I believe they went out of business.

Terrible! I have been as patient as possible prior to writing this review and believe that I have given Belletto construction more than enough opportunity to redeem themselves- unfortunately they have fallen way short. Hired them to repair/ reconstruct two balconies that happened to be over living spaces ( one over a master bedroom and the other over our kitchen), so in effect they are also flat roofs. Prior to them working on our balconies we had no evidence of water damage above the kitchen and a small area of paint cracking in the corner of the master bedroom that had me concerned about the possibility of water infiltration. During the repair they failed to properly cover the roofs during a rainstorm and it rained directly into our master bedroom and kitchen. Their workers showed lack of respect for our property and home as threw furniture from our balcony down into our shrubs damaging bushes and they rarely cleaned up after themselves. They would track mud through our home, even staining our carpet. We even caught one of their workers (supposedly their best guy) sitting in our living room on our nice couch in his dirty construction clothes watching tv. Dan and Brenda also did not adequately supervise their workers. Part of the contract called for them to power wash my deck. Instead the workers removed all the wood from my deck. They damaged some pieces. When they realized their mistake they put all the old wood back, even the damaged pieces- however they did not put the deck together well and some areas are uneven. Dan did take $300 off the final bill for the trouble but overall this mishap just speaks to lack of professionalism. They really should have provided new wood where they damaged the old pieces. The initial project including the balconies was to be 8 days and instead lasted a month. Once completed Dan told me that he guaranteed his work and that I could call him with any issues and he would come back and fix them. Since Belletto construction competed work on our balconies we have experienced outright rain pouring into our kitchen and our bedroom with every heavy rainfall this summer. This has left stains in our ceiling. Belletto came back out to our house in October 2015 and February 2016 to correct the leaking. They had us spend another $130 to replace doors to the balconies and they had us convinced that was the problem. However the water continued to pour into our house. When the problem continued to happen in August 2016 they failed to address it. They have ignored my calls and emails. I spoke to Brenda directly and notified her of the issue on August 10th 2016 and yet she and Dan have failed to get back to me and rectify the issue. Their poor workmanship has left us in a dangerous situation (risk of fire from after shorting out our ceiling lights) and have left our house at risk for mold. We are forced to try and look for another contractor to redo the job they should have done correctly over a year ago or at least they should have contracted someone out who knew what they were doing. We regret using Belletto construction and this has been nothing but a huge headache. I do not recommend them and recommend consumers avoid using them at all costs.

Team performed under Management / Supervisor. Great Job, and communication! Clean up was perfectly completed. The estimate for this project was More than others quoted, but because of the professionalism of the entire team, contract agreement and requirements is why I chose this company to do the job.

I am unhappy with the end result. The kitchen tile is okay however, after paying an extra $100 to have a wood trim install in my foyer entrance, I have been living with a defective product since late March. The trim is being held by a bucket full of book to prevent us to trip and hurt ourself. Contacted the company more than once , was promise the problem would be fix however, I am still waiting.

I would not recommend them. I have gone back and forth with them and they still have not done what they said they would. It was a lot more then what I was suppose to be paying for. There was no way to get it done for the price of the coupon. They gave me a budget for the Tile shop and nothing fit in the price range. The first thing I was not happy with was it was impossible to get it done for that price. The guy kept going back to Home Depot at least once day, he was never prepared. Never had all the items he needed. I ended up not getting the decorative tile I had chosen because he installed the insert and said he could not do it. Then he said he could tear it out and do it but it was already done at that point. So I took it back and got a refund. Then he put the door on backwards. I had him reverse the door and I did not realize with at the time. It was like a smokey screen to keep people from looking in. He put it on the inside and now hard water has gotten on it and there is no way to clean it, it should have been on the outside. So now the shower door constantly looks dirty. I called and they said the installer should have installed it with the screen on the outside. I paid extra to have him install the door since it was not part of the deal. So I paid $400 to have the door installed wrong the first time, and messed p the 2nd time. He did not put in allthe bolts that were suppose to be in the door. When he framed the door it lined up so he could not put the screws in. I am missing like 4 screws on my door and when I called them, they never came back to fix it. I was really unhappy with that deal. He literally gave me a $350 allowance for 110 sq ft of tile. His deal did not budget enough for the tile. He had measured it and did not get enough and then go had to get more. Then he picked up the order and stuff was missing; soap dish and decorative tile. So that all had to be returned later.  It took them like 2 months. They do not have enough people working and ork 3 or 4 jobs at one time instead of working on one job and finishing it. He would come, then not come a day and then would come and then would leave and go to Home Depot. That was a $500 door he installed wrong. The door is ruined now.  In the beginning they responded and then they never got back to me.

This was an incredibly difficult and extensive property renovation. The crews which completed the work are some of the best craftsmen and women that I have ever met. The crews are concerned with getting the job done; and if it was not done correctly, they would fix it....no questions asked. Pleasure to deal with this professional crew.

I'll stick to the facts so that anyone reading this can make the best informed decision on whether to hire these guys. If you see a response from Belletto construction on this review, it will more than likely be filled with excuses - something we got tired of hearing and had to put up with throughout this long process. Timeline: 1. Contract signed on 23NOV2015 for screened in porch. $6,300 deposit provided (roughly half the cost up front). The contract stated a tentative start date of JAN2016. We were ok with this with the holidays. Dan Belletto informed us that the project would take about 10 days to 2 weeks depending on weather. 2. No one showed up or even called us in January. My wife called their office and talked to an un-enthusiastic employee that told us it would be about 2 more weeks. 3. Again, no update or phone call for the next month. My wife called again in February to inform Belletto construction that we would be on vacation for some time and asked when we could expect work to begin so we could coordinate. We were again told by the same person that it would be about 2 more weeks. 4. No update or phone call again for about a month. My wife called in March to inquire about when work was scheduled to start. She was told "you guys are next" and it should be about 2 weeks. Nothing happened. 5. At this point, it had been 4 months since I gave Belletto construction $6,300 with no one so much as showing up or calling to update us. I called and asked that Dan Belletto call me back. He did and I asked what the problem was. I was given a long list of excuses and an apology. I told him that an apology would have been appropriate back in January and that we could never seem to get a straight answer from his company. I was accused of not being understanding of their problems and was offered a 5% discount on the remaining balance. I should have demanded my money back at that point. Hindsight. I was told 2 more weeks but possibly as soon as 10 days. 6. About 3 weeks later, in late April, work started. Construction lasted from roughly 25APR to 17JUN. Instead of 10 days to 2 weeks, it took 40 work-days (Mon-Fri). I counted the number of days that it rained and that amounted to 11, so 29 days of construction weather or just over 4 weeks of available time. 7. The work order called for a modified hip roof to match the existing house roof sections. When construction started, there were obviously no plans drawn up - even rough. 2 or 3 framers would build a little, stop, replace some sections, re-do work, and eventually close in a hip roof. The porch roof took about a week and a half. 8. After this, for most of the remaining construction period, only one worker showed up on the project. This worker would show up around 9 or 10 and work until about 4 or 5. When one deducts the time spent sitting in his car on his cell phone or disappearing (about half the time) we ended up with about 2-3 hours of real work. This caused considerable delays. This worker also performed the electrical work, although we discovered he was not a licensed electrician. We had to have Belletto come out with a licensed electrician and bring the electrical up to code. One positive note was that the work quality was generally good, and we were satisfied with the results. Had there been any attempt at communication or to save our business (the 5% off the balance was almost insulting at that point - what I really wanted was a crew to show up the next day and build out a screened in porch in about 2 weeks), we might have felt better about the experience but 7 months from signing the contract to sitting in a screened in porch is what we got.

Took a while to get scheduled, work turned out well.  Owner didn't really follow up any or check on crew at all.  Would have added some work for them if they did.  Demo crew was really unprofessional.  Made a mess of the house.
