They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the chairs was very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the results.

Outstanding customer service and great cleaning.

<p>David called before he arrived and was on time.  He spent a good deal of time carefully working on the many spots on the sofa and dining chairs.  He explained the difference between cleaning cotton upholstery (which my sofa is) and synthetic fabrics, and how cotton really absorbs/holds the stains/spots and is more challenging to get clean.  Also because it is off-white, it shows everything!   I was given a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member.</p> <p>When the items dried the next day, I noticed some remaining spots, called him, and no questions asked, he said he'd come back and redo those areas that needed it.  He came back and tackled the remaining spots and all items turned out beautifully.  There was no charge for the second visit.</p> <p>David is very knowledgeable and shared some tip on how I can better take care of spots on my furniture and carpet when they happen (I've used Resolve for years on pet stains on the carpet, and apparently that's not the best choice).  Also, he is kind and has an old-school gentlemanly way about him.  </p> <p>All in all, just first-rate service and results.  I thank David, and will definitely use Bell for my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!</p> <p><br></p>

Two men, the owner and his son, did the work in a professional and friendly manner.  They did a very thorough job and I will use them again. <br />

I had two fairly large area rugs that our new puppy had used for her business before she was trained! One was synthetic and one wool.  I tried to clean out the odors to no avail, but didn't want to throw the rugs out as they were fairly new.  I called Bell from Angie's List in the evening and received a call back first thing in the morning to set an appointment.  I have a backyard cement patio so both of the rugs could be cleaned there, which was convenient.  (Summer weather). Tom, the technician arrived on time. He explained the service, and then spent a good amount of time cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing the rugs.  Pet odors are difficult to completely remove from rugs so I wasn't sure how things would turn out, but they turned out clean and fresh.  I put them back down on the floor and they look clean and don't smell.  Bell called us back to check on the work, which I appreciate. I am very satisfied with the work. <br />

Better cleaning of the carpets than previous companies.  Removed all stains. Very professional and polite.  Very knowledgeable about fiber content and durability of carpet.

Service provider was extremely thorough, courteous, and efficient.  Member has used other companies in the past and was not statisfied.  After using Bell Upholstery she noticed a big difference.  Client felt price of work was worth quality of service delivered.

David arrived at the house promptly at the scheduled time.  He introduced himself and gave me his card.  He looked at the chair, returned to his vehicle, got the needed supplies and started the job.  Every once in awhile I looked in and could tell that he was really taking the time to do excellent work.  He spent a considerable amount of time and was attentive to every detail.  The arms were especially worn and dirty.  When he finished, I was amazed!  They showed little to no wear and blended in with the rest of the upholstery like new.  He also glued one of the arm pieces for a nominal extra charge.  He also thoroughly scotch guarded the upholstery.  He was very pleasant to deal with and even shared a bit of conversation with my husband on military history.  The product dried quickly and has been a joy to use! <br />

I called David from Bells because of a previous review here on Angie's List and because I was struggling with trying to find SOMEONE in the carpet industry to clean my cat urine soiled couch.  Most of the companies I contacted really had NO idea how to truly clean and treat a couch, didn't understand different fabrics or how they would react to water, or chemicals.  None of them mentioned "injecting" hydrocide into the non-removable cushions to get at the urine itself, and when I mentioned it, they seemed to have a mental block, or comment "ya, I guess we could do that".  REALLY?  <br /> I did some research on line about treating cat urine, and I have had some experience with it on carpeting, but this was a couch and needed some expertise.  When I contacted David, he right away said he would inject this treatment into the cushions, and thought it would be very effective. FINALLY!  Someone who seemed to have the experience to do this right! <br /> He came out today and spent 2 hours in my house, treating, cleaning, extracting, treating again, extracting, injecting, working the product into the materials, extracting, and then deodorizing. When he was done, I could not smell a thing but clean!  Not a heavy masking deordorized smell, just good old fashioned sun dried clean!  David used fabrics to protect my floors, and the other furniture and cleaned the area thoroughly when he was done. <br /> Good old fashioned work ethics are hard to find.  David is all about good old fashioned work ethics. He was extremely professional, came when he said he would, spent 30 minutes chatting with me about my cats and giving me advice on how to treat my furniture in the future to save me money.  His long time knowledge of fabrics and how to effectively treat and clean those and then to take the time to effectively accomplish the goal is worth every penny I spent today.  Their company slogan is "Don't Confuse Economy with Value. There is a Difference!"   That could not be truer.  I will pay a little extra for the expertise and a job done perfectly any day. <br />
