I found Belmont very easy to deal with, and appreciated their patience when my initial schedule had to be delayed for a few months. They were able to schedule service quickly, when I rescheduled, and Chris & Derek were prompt and very courteous. We are pleased with the results. As a side note, I am a real estate appraiser and I found out about Belmont through a client, who's 15-year old carpet looked nearly new. Hoping I can keep my new carpet looking that good!!

Very well. They were on-time and what they did looked great especially downstairs where the carpet wasn't as thick. The crew was professional and courteous. There were a couple of damps spots in the traffic area that had not tried over the course of the day, so I tried to dry up with a paper towel. I ended up with a white spot, so I called Moises the technician who came out, and he was kind enough to come back through the next day and fixed it up. Very responsive and helpful. So I would certainly hire them again.

We had Belmont Clean come to take care of our carpets as a gift from my family after having a baby. They did a great job. our carpets look 100x better, especially the stairs. They were even able to brighten up the dingy edges in some areas. Over the next few days I did notice a couple spots that I felt could have been paid more attention to, but they were pretty small. There was a spot where we had dropped a paint roller and that of course isn't gone, but looks much less noticeable. I was impressed.

We don't use anyone other than Belmont Clean for all of our properties. We recently used them to clean the carpets in our rental property and they did a fantastic job. Professional, punctual and they went above and beyond. In additional to cleaning our carpets without chemicals and toxins (which we LOVE), they noticed some issues in our rental and not only immediately contacted us about them, but actually took care of them for us! They care and do amazing work. Wouldn't go with anyone else!

We always try everything within our ability to meet and exceed the expections of our clients - but every once in a while we face technical limitations, often where carpet has been bleached out and we can't 'un-dye' the carpet; or in your case, our equipment is able to get to 98% of the areas (which are usually the most important/used areas) - but we can't physically access the 2% that's in hard to reach areas. We would be happy to try to improve it further, but since this is a limitation of the equipment - I don't expect it would improve further. One the plus side, assuming you will have the floor re-sealed, the new finish should chemically bond with the remaining 2% of the old finish (if they use the correct type) so when it's done - the floor should be completely consistent and look beautiful. If there is anything else we can do - please call as we are always happy to come back free of charge - and do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the job. -Joel Belmont Owner/IICRC Certified"

I just had my carpets cleaned by Belmont Clean ? and they did a fabulous job. My carpets look amazing! They don't use steam or soap ? so the spots don't come back, and it dried quickly. Plus - they used products that are 100% safe for people, pets, and the environment - and they guarantee all their work. <br /> I was so impressed with the cleaning ? They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive (15 minutes before I had an appointment) as we had <br /> agreed. They looked at the areas to be cleaned, asked questions and got to work. <br /> 95% of the spots came out of the white wool wall to wall carpet. Red wine, cranberry juice and dirt/soil. Only one is still visible though lighter. It was suggested that I call in a week to see if it needs another hit. <br /> Then Seth swiped my card, sent me an email receipt and went on his way. Carpet looks great. <br /> <br />

Exceptionally well. My phone message was returned promptly, all questions answered and appointment set. <br /> Technician arrived on time, answered additional questions, gave me the quote and I left for work. <br /> Not only was all the work done to my satisfaction, but two small rugs were done at no charge, a spray bottle of carpet cleaning fluid was left for me along with $100 discount referral cards.

Brilliant! So clean, even all the watercolor paint stains, face paint smears, mouse guts (gotta love living in rural with a cat!), spilled wine, and just plain dirt! <br /> <br /> The answer the phone when you call or call back immediately, are efficient about making an appointment time that works, confirm by email, show up on time every time, are in and out without being too chatty, and leave the carpet in pristine condition and almost dry. Love it!
