"This customer contacted us to do electrical work at his home. They totally expected to be moved in within 5 days. We started the work so the rest of the trades carpenters, drywaller and hardwood floor contractors could finish and wouldn't be behind themselves. We are so busy and couldn't jump through there loops to get back for there schedule. They had so many existing wiring issues from someone in the past through-out the attic and maybe in the finished basement which is covered with drywall. They should not belame us for not fixing those serious issues since they didn't want to pay for there repairs. I explained all the poor and dangerous wiring but they chose to pay the thousands of dollars to fix past problems.This is public now information and if they ever had a fire, God forbid their insurance company will know plus they have little kids and as parents should address these issues. IT'S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT MONEY. In closing they are nice people but expected more then we could offer about our schedule. It wouldn't be fair for other customers to wait either."
