We had a red rug we bought at Crate & Barrel a decade ago which we really liked. One area had worn down to the backing so we called Ben Hersh. They arranged for someone to come over, take a look and give me an estimate on the spot. As few people do this kind of work, it seemed reasonable to me, certainly way less than trying to buy a new rug. So he took the rug right then and brought it back 9 days later fixed. The service was great! The person who came over was very respectful and professional, adhering to Covid protocols. They were very clear about the repair time. I would definitely go to them again for any rug I need repaired!

New backing is OK, but their cleaning machine ruined my rug. Although I submitted photos, Max the manager said he didn't see any problems. I requested someone come to my home to fix and/or reclean the rug and Max told me that "I don't know how things work." All I know is that they took $550 of my money and I now have a rug with a new zebra pattern. Working with this company is tantamount to throwing your money (and your rug) in the garbage.
