They used very harsh chemicals to rid the mold. Unfortunately, the runoff killed many perimeter flowers and shrubs. I even told them I was concerned since I read several F ratings about that problem. Plan on a trip to HD to buy replacement plants and soil if you decide to use them.

Failed to protect shrubbery such that both my and my neighbors shrubs suffered significant burns. Failed to account for the toxic solution concentrating around downspouts from gutter runoff killing a mature Magnolia tree! Initially he took responsibility for the tree but when I got a replacement cost for the tree he refused to answer my texts or phone calls. He is irresponsible and not worthy of providing services to anyone!

These guys were great! Washed the roof and the outside of the house one day. Came back the next and sealed the roof. Felix always called back quickly, gave a good price, on time. Very well satisfied!

Everything went well, except, 5 days after they completed the job one of our flower bushes (big red flowers, I'm in HVAC so don't know the name of the plant) is almost totally dead. Same plant 4 feet away is fine. They missed rinsing this one off and one bush is not looking good.. They guaranteed no plants would die. I called and LM on a machine and emailed them but have yet to get any reply. If they resolve this issue I would change my review but so far, an "F".

I like the soft clean method. They covered flowering plants and hosed off all other plants as they cleaned. I would only use them for my pressure washing needs. And as a realtor I have recommended them to clients. As well as friends.
