Found address from Angi'list and visited first personally their office in Grove city.

It went very well. 

Called, they came quickly, they fixed!  Very efficient and responsive.  Would definitely use them again.

I bought the new one myself, but it’s not always easy to install, and the guy was here to fix the upstairs bathroom drain needed to be fixed, so I had him do it. I get what I pay for, and they did a good job.

Central Ohio Plumbing Service did a great job with my drain line. They showed up on time. Was done when they said they would be and didnt have any crazy hidden charges. They was very clean, kind, and professional. After checking with other plumbing services I figure I probably saved at least $200 with Central Ohio Plumbing Service. They are definitely at the top of my list. Thanks Central Ohio Plumbing Service. 

Once "the punctual plumber" got our money, it was anybody's guess when they would show up or complete the job. One day, no one showed up and I called to find out what was going on. I was told there there was a family funeral and they would try to be there by Noon. No call no show after that. Now I have no idea when they will be arriving or what day. They show up the next day without calling me, then tell me they don't have the right caulking to complete the job. I ask when it will be finished, and am told the next day. No call no show again. So I have to call and am told he will be in later that day. No call no show once again. Finally, two days later they caulk the tub and had to repair the kitchen sink hose line which had been tangled in the new pipes they installed. I have already had to recaulk the tub, and the contractor who installed the drywall had to redo the bathtub walls they installed to make the walls he installed square with the rest of the bathroom. I have repeatedly called since then for a $300 reimbursement, which I have been promised but never received and now we are going on 3 weeks. They have never called me back and are always promising the check is in the mail. I am very frustrated with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. Punctual Plumber is a joke, and they do not stand behind their guarantee. I am hoping Angie's List can help me get reimbursed. I have used Ben Franklin's corporate website to file a complaint, but have not received a reply. No surprise there. I am going to have to pursue legal action if this is not resolved.

They came in to fix a valve in my shower. They are still working on the valve. My experience with them so far has been good.

They did a good job and were very efficient but I felt that they were over priced.  I would use them again in an emergency, but probably not if I had the time to choose someone else.

I have had them do quite a bit of plumbing in the past and I have been pleased with everything they have done. I have always trusted their judgment on things that were needed to be done. I think they know their stuff. They are reliable. This time they had a young man do the backfilling on the trench. The yard was a whole mess, of course it was done late in the fall and I did not expect anything to go back or anything, but I still have a mound of dirt in the yard which I may deal with in the spring. They are on the mark with most plumbers. They are okay on price. Some of the plumbers are outrageously expensive because they have dirty jobs to do. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, it went as well as could be expected and they gave us a great warranty on the service. Sometimes we weren't sure when they were showing up because the communication was a bit lacking, however in the end, they did a complete and fine job.

There was a time mixup with the original appointment, so the owner, Tim took the job. He arrived within the given time frame and inspected the work to be done. He created a reasonable quote, provided suggestions on a new fixture, and was able to begin immediately. He installed a garbage disposal and checked the pipes connecting to it (where a leak appeared shortly after installation). He fixed the slow drain in a bathroom, making suggestions for future care and possible products to help alleviate the problem down the road. We ran out of time, but he returned the next day to install a bathroom sink. He carried the small vanity upstairs, had to adjust pipes to accommodate the vanity, and installed the sink. He caulked the job and left instructions on how long to wait to clean the area to avoid breaking the seal. He also carried a toilet and tank upstairs and installed them; removing the old toilet in the process. He was tidy and cleaned up when he was done, and the items looked new and "fresh". Service was great. The work in the second bathroom was great and gives the room a totally renovated look - new vanity, new toilet. It was a great update and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend this company, and Tim in particular. I am very satisfied.

They did excellent work. They went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with their services. Todd met with us several times as did his wife to help us select the correct fixtures and finishes. I feel we received a reasonable price for the quality for work we received.

He ended up replacing one of my commodes as well as a trap under one of the bathroom sinks. The worker did an excellent job! He was very thorough, which I appreciated.

I didn't comparison shop, so I don't feel that I can grade the price. It was a really big job, and they were fine people to work with.

They were able to come out the same day. They came out and got all of my plumbing fixed up. They did good quality work at a very reasonable price. They worked very hard. I had no problems with them at all. I will certainly call them back in the future.

The experience with them was just okay because they were trying to sell other things to me.
