Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! I contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing to schedule our annual plumbing inspection. The associate I spoke to was polite and very efficient. CJ McDowell was the technician that responded to our house. Mr. McDowell called before he arrived. When he got to our house he was polite and professional. He checked all of our plumbing fixtures, photographing each location. He then emailed the photos to me. The Technician made several recommendations and provided estimates for the work. He was not pushy, but explained why he believed we needed certain repairs or services. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work Joseph did. Punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. Removed our garbage disposal and replaced with sink pipes. Found a leak in faucet hose that explained board warping under the sink. My husband and I are extremely happy with Josephs work.

I’ll be honest, in our area, professional behaving plumbers, are actually quite rare to find. SAVE yourself! So you don’t have to experience substandard work, exorbitant bills, or upsetting experiences with RUDE, unprofessional business owners. We are in Georgetown, and never found a good fit for us with any of the companies down here.(we did not try all) At BEN FRANKLIN, EVERY single technician, receptionist, owner, or other employee that has ever helped us, has ALWAYS been friendly, respectful, professional, kind, helpful, and pretty much any other positive quality that you would want in a business and more importantly, the qualities of someone who you would come into to your home!
