20 years experience all types of roofing I have subcontracted work from all the major roofing companies in southern Maine, Roof masters, Casco Bay Roofing and Renovations, Dave Deschane Installations and Superior Roofing to name a few. As a contractor I am very transparent after I put together a material list with my wholesale suppier ABC (a national chain branches in Portland and Lewiston ) I have my customers pay the vendor directly and do not require any deposit prior to commencement of the job I collect $500 after the first day of work, $500 after the second day and balance due upon completion with a 15 year workmanship warranty
