"Thank you for your review Mrs. [Member Name Removed]. However, I would like to clarify a few things. First, I NEVER asked for cash payment. I actually made a decision to request a check based on months of calling you to collect payment. After seeing a pattern of ignored calls, your adjuster suggested the Direction to Pay form to avoid further delays with my payment. Your adjuster also verified each check was mailed to your address duringour conference call. My concern is your claim that you did not receive the check contradicted what your adjuster stated regarding confirmation of your address. In terms of the late fees, we gave numerous courtesy extensions as well as attempted to reach you by phone. We also gave sufficient warning that late fees would be charged if we did not receive a response from you. It wasn't until several months later when my attorney sent you a letter on 10/19/2021 that you finally returned my calls and offered payment in three Zelle installments. You set an appointment for me to come to your home and pick up a check but when I arrived, you were profusely apologetic and advised you did not have anymore checks. Hence, we settled on the three installment plan. As far as your initial invoice, the only reason we revised the invoice is because the guest bedroom was later determined the carpet would not be replaced by my company. Aside from that, the antimicrobial spray and deodorizer is commercial grade and the same as used in hospitals and schools. So it is utterly mind blowing that you feel the back up of sewage odor smelled better than our commercial grade antimicrobial spray. Thank you again for sharing your concerns."

You decided to withdraw your insurance claim. Hence, I sent you the bill for the remaining balance. You wrote a review because my attorney sent you a notice for the remaining balance.
