The job took about fours hours and was completed with only one mishap.  The largest window (46" x 58") broke on removal and several pieces of glass fell out on the dining room, living room, and kitchen floors.  This caused further breakage and many small slivers of glass.  The crew offered to vacuum the kitchen and did.  After they left, I noticed more glass slivers in the other two rooms and vacuumed them myself. <br /> <br /> The other minor point was the need to cleanup the excess silicone sealant that has oozed out between the replacement windows and the frame.  I asked about this as I have seen it before.  They told me to wait two days for it to cure and then cut it with a sharp knife or box cutter.  I knew this was the case, but was surprised they didn't OFFER the information. <br /> <br />

Excellent service and pricing. I was very pleased with their timely response, especially considering our out-of-area location. The estimate was better than the quote I received from a local competitor.  The service technician was courteous and professional, and he was able to install the new window earlier than promised, which was an added bonus. <br />

<p>Bennett Glass came to our house, measured, and called us back with an estimate in just a few days.  We had had another company out, and they measured but never provided an estimate, so I can't say whether Bennett's price was high or low.  It seemed fair enough, however, so we placed the order.  The windows were delivered and installed a couple of weeks later.  Both the estimator and the installers were punctual and professional.  We're very pleased with the job, and will not hesitate to use Bennett Glass again.</p> <br />

It took awhile to get the replacement order but when they finally received them they quickly called and scheduled the installation. All went very well

They are very nice and informative. I had them clean the headlight lens. They did not like the outcome and did not charge me. They fixed a crack in my windshield and recommended not to replace it for as long as we could keep the crack from getting worse ( about a year). The crack is at the base of the shield. I will have them replace my windshield when it comes time to do so.

During the recent heavy rains we noticed our Arcadia door had become fogged, which should not happen because it is a dual pane sealed with gas inside. We checked with a couple of large home supply stores and they said we had to replace the whole door, frame and all. Both stores told us this. They wanted $800+ to do the job. I had used Bennett Glass before so I stopped by to ask about the door. To our surprise they said the glass could be replaced in the door and they had one in stock. Their service technician followed us home and replaced the glass in about a half hour. Since the door was 15 years old I asked the tech to put new rollers on the door two. After it was reinstalled and adjusted, it's like a new door. I am always surprised at the cost of things the older I get. The new glass and rollers was $335, everything else was great, quick service, quality and attitude. I would use Bennett Glass again. <br />

Initially, I was disappointed that I couldn't get an appointment to have Bennett come to my house sooner to give me an estimate to repair my 5 large horizontal sliding windows.  However, that was the end of my disappointment, as Bennett called the day before to confirm, Carlos showed up today a few minutes early, and took a look around.  He asked if I wanted the work done today while he was here.  I wasn't expecting that, as I thought it would take awhile, based upon a conversation with another glass shop.  He quoted a price (which I thought was REALLY inexpensive).  I agreed, and he went to work.  He did amazing work, was very careful and respectful, and was done in a little over an hour, spent time with me discussing what he had done (very thoroughly), and also discussed the other services Bennett offers. <br /> If you need glass/mirror work done, call these guys. <br />

The window is in a hard-to-access location.  Bennett did a good job.  Bennett is reasonably priced. <br />

From first contact this company was professional and helpful. I dealt with Josh who answered all my questions in a prompt and friendly manner. Josh is an awesome communicator.  Josh worked with my schedule and the new windshield was installed quickly and professionally.  I would definitely refer other customers to this company. <br />

Friendly and easy to work with.  Only did what was needed and didn't try to sell us on anything else.  Nice people. <br />

They did a fabulous job. They came right to where my vehicle was at work with the windshield and replaced it while I was there at work. They were fabulous. I think my husband called them one day and it was even one or two days later that they came out with the glass for the windshield because I had a rock in my windshield and it was moving across the windshield a lot, so they have to order the glass. They came out the next day after he called and got that glassed replaced which was great.
