3B3 Tree Service LLC

I don't know how they got a 5 star rating. They carelessly damaged my metal fence door and when I asked them to fix it they acted as if they couldn't do anything about it. They put some cheap tape on it they likely got from a dollar store. That's not fixing it. I guess he was using a machine to clear branches and push them to the side but if my fence gate was in the way one of them could have pushed forward my fence door instead of basically ripping it off the hinges. The door opens either in or out. Then they didn't even offer to fix it. All they did was give me $100 dollars off my tree removal project like that makes up for damaging my fence door. They may have given me a discount on the tree removal project which was initially a good price but they turned around and made up for the good price by damaging the fence. Then refused to help fix it. The tree removal itself wasn't bad and if it wasn't for them damaging the fence I probably would have given them a better rating.

They did an excellent job!!!!

They were great!

Amazing work . On time and efficient . And gave me a great price

The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked so carefully but unbelievably efficiently, and then cleaned up everything in such a short amount of time. We are so blessed we came across this company because we had received several quotes in the past that were so much higher. They not only took down multiple trees but did clean up on several others. We were a little nervous at first about what to expect but the owner was so easy to work with and the crew did an amazing job! We would highly recommend and will use them again for sure!!

Benny and his team did a great job from quoting all the way through job completion. Communication was excellent and they cleaned up all the tree scraps and left the yard clean.

Benny and his team were great! Super easy to schedule, excellent communication, and fast work. Would definitely recommend if you need some trees taken out.

Benny and his guys were very professional and efficient. They were on time and best of all charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work. I will also use them again in the future.

We were incredibly impressed by Benny and his team. They arrived on time, explained their approach, and offered fair pricing (my wife even requested quotes from 3 different companies). Best part of the day was the meticulous cleanup of leaves, branches, and trunks - you couldn’t even tell 40-foot trees had been removed earlier that day!

Benny made the process very easy; he had to come out three times for quoting and some septic drain field concerns. We were super happy with the service and would use again.

Great experience working with this company. They removed the tree quickly, safely, and cleaned everything up afterward. Fair pricing, good communication, and professional crew. Would definitely hire them again.

Benny and his team did a great job removing trees and raising up the canopy on several others. Got a good price, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely satisfied!!
