First of all the punctuality is very impressive, the work was done on a timely and most importantly a professional manner. The projects were discussed in detail and I was informed of the progress, potential changes and best possible solutions. The attention to details was great, very professional demeanor and excellent work ethic. I have continued to use the services for a number of projects; from as simple as installing fixtures, to gutting and rebuilding my outhouse and a new deck is the works for spring. Lastly, I’m so confident and satisfied with the service that we are going to map out a greenhouse next.

Arben (and John) did an awesome job. They transformed my basement from an awful dungeon into a clean, usable space. As the job was being finished, he installed a chandelier in my dining room. I have BPM lined up for at least 3 more jobs. They were prompt and did exactly what they said (and more) for the quoted price. Clean-up was excellent, and they even hauled away a load of junk.

Benny’s property maintenance remodeled my kitchen, and fixed my 2 story deck. All was done professionally, clean, and in a timely manner. Will use him moving forward for all of our additional work. You can’t beat his workmen ship and price point for his work!!
