We are extremely impressed with Ben the Water Guy's top quality service. We had been "shopping" for some time for a whole-house filtering system to remove mainly iron and tannins from our well-water.  Many companies that we contacted tried to convince us to go with a "reverse osmosis" system that would only service the kitchen tap and ice maker. We wanted the drinking water to be pure, as well as each of the bathroom sinks, tub/showers, and laundry, so we kept looking until we found Ben.   <br /> <br /> I called Ben on a Wednesday.  He came to my house that Friday (by appointment and on time!) and the filters were completely installed the following Monday. Ben also called to follow up and make sure we were happy later that day. This level of service is virtually UNHEARD of in this day and age.  <br /> <br /> The other very important part of this for us is that all of the equipment is made in Michigan -- nothing is outsourced to another state or country.  We like to support the local economy. <br /> <br /> I highly recommend this company.
