They did an excellent job! Couldn't believe how clean everything became! They washed my siding, gutters, deck, front porch. They even did my sidewalk, which I didn't know they were going to do! They were very responsive, I didn't have to wait long for them to get to me! Very friendly, would recommend!

It was very good.

There were some "bubbles" on one side and another coat needed on another. Ben took care of both issues quickly.

We had Ben paint a house that we were trying to sell earlier this year. He and his crew did such an excellent job that we decided to have him paint our new house as well. Ben came out, we went over the job, and he let us know that he would start in a couple weeks. As promised, he showed up and started work on time. They pressure washed the entire house first. We were still finishing up some repairs on the back porch and they were accommodating and worked around us. We had some minor questions/concerns early on in the job, Ben came out and we talked over everything and he took care of it. It was really windy while they were trying to paint and over spray got on the windows and our deck. Ben's crew scraped and cleaned our exterior windows and pressure washed the deck for us as well. Overall we are very happy with our experience.

Overall, the project went well. Ben and his crew (Nick, his son, Zach, Adam and Marc) were great, very nice and trustworthy. I never had to worry about the crew showing up late, damaging anything or doing anything inappropriate...all above board. If you have ever had issues with a contractor before, you know how valuable it is to have honest people working in your home. Also, they stayed at the house until all of the work was complete and worked long days and weekends to get the job done. A good crew. Pricing: Ben offered very competitive pricing and did not gouge with adders that came up during the project. This is another common issue with contractors who offer initial competitive pricing and then hit you with big adders. Ben did ask for 50% up front which made me a bit nervous, but he is honest and was always very responsive to my calls and texts. Quality: Ben is dedicated to providing the quality level that the customer desires. I was impressed when he suggested using oil based primer on all of the trim and caulking and priming all of the walls in the house even on existing walls. Early on in the project, I did ask that the crew increase the quality of the sanding/trim prep and asked that he spray the trim. Ben did it without question. If you feel that the quality level does not align with your desires, Ben will work with you to ensure you are happy.

We hired Ben and his crew to paint a property in Troy that we were trying to sell. Ben came out, provided a quote and was able to start work within a couple weeks. This is an entirely family owned business. Throughout the course of the job I met Ben, his son, his nephew, and several other family members. To me this was extremely important because you could tell that each of them put a significant amount of pride in their work. Ben's crew pressure washed the entire house first, then went back and scrapped off any loose paint (which was apparently all of it). The majority of the house was taken down to bare wood and then they applied a primer and 2 top coats. We had several areas where there was rotted wood. Ben's crew repair all of this before painting so the exterior looked as good as new. The communication throughout the entire project was great. Ben sent us daily text messages with pictures to let us know the progress. Since we weren't living in the house at the time, the constant update was a huge help rather than having to drive up regularly to see the property. Overall I would recommend them again and we are considering having them paint our new house as well. Thanks to the paint job the house sold within a month of being on the market.

Ben was very quick responding to my request for quote. He gave me a fair price and scheduled and completed the work promptly. His guys did a great job. They were professional on time, did quality work, and cleaned up . I would recommend them to anyone.

The doors were all prepared properly, the casements, he filled in all the nail holes. He did a great job of painting the doors and casements, almost looked like they had a sprayed on finish. <br />

Overall the service was quick and pleasant.  The weather did not always cooperate, but as soon as things cleared the crew was back working on the house.  The place has never looked better. <br />
