We hired Ber Bros Co to install 2 ceiling fans. Seems like a simple job?you would think. They arrived at 5pm (because they like to do these extra jobs after their day job). Ok, no problem. They came out and installed one fan?but couldn?t figure out the other one. They were at our house until 10pm?not ideal when you have 3 small kids but ok, we tried to work with them. They advised they would need to come back another day to finish. We agreed on a Thursday evening again around 5pm. Cristian texted me that Thursday afternoon, apologized and told me they were working out of town and would need to reschedule. Okaaay?even though we had planned our day/evening around them coming, we accepted their cancellation and then mutually agreed on the following Tuesday at 5pm. Cristian promised me they would be there! Tuesday 5pm comes around and we?re waiting and waiting. Finally, at 6pm I texted and asked if they were coming?? No response. No show. We still haven?t heard anything back from them.

The Ber Bros were great! They installed 3 ceiling fans and made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Fully recommend!

Cristian and his brothers were awesome! They came out and gave us a quote first, took the time to explain everything in a way we could actually understand, and didn’t pressure us at all. They worked around our schedule and installed the charger quickly without disrupting anything. They cleaned up after themselves, and the final setup looked super neat and organized. Really respectful, friendly guys. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

The final product is exactly what I was looking for. Cristian and Matthew were both very professional and did a great job. I’m very happy with the results.

Customer service was excellent, this young journeyman knows what he’s doing and would use again( first choice ) he installed my electrical box transfer switch ,made wiring look good .he stayed with it until it was done and working.

Ber Bros were wonderful to work with. Cristian accessed the attic and assessed the problem with my whole house fan. He explained to me what he determined was the issue and backed it up with photos. Not only did the whole house fan motor need to be replaced but the attic fan was not turned on. He repaired everything then spent time helping me install an app on my phone to control the fan through wifi. His is knowledgeable, efficient and extraordinarily fair in his pricing. I will be passing out Ber Bros telephone number to my friends and family.

High quality workmanship. 130+ ft of 1 1/4" conduit, some under the house. Always worked with us as to schedule and payment. Good attitude as well.

The fencing looks fabulous and is straight, level. I was kept informed on what they were doing and when they would be at the work site. The customer service was excellent.

I Absolutely made the right choice when I hired Ber brothers to replace my electricial main. Cristian was very professional in every aspect of this job. He was knowledgeable well organized, hard working, respectful and prompt. His work was outstanding and very fair priced. If I have anymore electricial jobs in the futurr Ber brothers will get my first call. He new in business and I'm sure he will be very successful.

He’s very careful to do everything right I’m very happy with him. I will definitely be using him in the future. Just a all-around good guy.
