Bernd was very responsive to our requests and was a delight to work with. He is definitely an expert on pond construction and the mechanics needed to have a functional, safe, and attractive water feature on your property. He is an expert on fish health and water quality. Highly recommend!

I bought a house with a pond that needed a lot of work and he has been able to figure out the issues and get it running in a way that I can manage. He cares a great deal about his customers and making sure that he is doing great work, providing really good advice and information, and treats everyone fairly. His business has expanded to cover a great deal of Iowa and surrounding states. I'd recommend him to anyone interested in owning/building and maintaining a pond. He does excellent work and his shop offers all kinds of interesting pond/lawn items.

He started from a couple of ideas that I wanted in a pond and created the pond of my dreams. He added lights that I just love. We enjoy our pond during the day,but really love to sit at night and watch the Koi swim. We don't need to go on vacation to relax, we just go outside to be by the pond.

After several years of constantly replacing blown pond lights Bernd evaluated our situation and made a couple of recommendations. Following his recommendation and with his assistance all of our lights were replaced. The pond now glows beautifully from dusk until about 3am. We couldn't be more pleased.

It was an excellent experience. Bernd did a good job of listening to what my vision of the feature was going to be like. He had excellent suggestions and worked with me to get the type of feature I wanted yet still meet my budget constraints.
