Best pest control out there, without a doubt. Customer service is amazing. I have spoken to both Julius and Cristina (2 different instances) and received the same professionalism and support. I have worked with Zach who has been incredible, very thorough and takes his time to explain everything he is doing.

My landlord contracted Barrett to treat all the apartments in my building. I have a vintage 1972 Brazilian rosewood Eames lounge & ottoman, a collectors chair worth quite a bit. I have video of the service tech turning the chair over causing it to break where the arm meets the body and sprayed chemicals all over the open-pore wood. Replacement cost ranges from $7500 - $12K. I reported to my landlord whom gave me info to contact Berrett. I’ve contacted them via email/text every day since the service being guaranteed their service manager would call me that day. Supposedly my issue was escalated to their District Manager and I still haven’t heard from them. Do NOT trust this company. They are careless with their process and so far have not accepted responsibility for ruining my chair, which is a functional piece of art and valued as such. At this point I’m going to have to file a lawsuit to recover the replacement cost.

They’re terrrible. I’m calling them like I am owed money, when it is the other way around! Due to their services not working at all. If you have roaches they’ll make your problem worse. Certain workers may even be racist and not really care. I don’t leave negative reviews for anybodys business, but the crap I’ve had to deal with has been insane.

I strongly recommend against using them! Initial visit went well. Tech said they would return in 14 days. Still had no return visit after 21 days later. Competitor came to my door and pointed out over half a dozen black widow webs around our front porch, explaining how they could get rid of them and any other critters. I called Berrett to cancel with them due to these issues (no return visit and finding many widow webs), and they told me they could not let me out of my initial 4-month contract without charging me the $100 penalty, plus they admitted they were having problems with their "system" to get return visits scheduled properly. Don't try to hold me hostage when you cannot uphold your end of the deal, Berrett! I canceled. Sure enough, they charged my card $100. Not happy!

The exterminator that came out went straight to the basement, sprayed (for what he said were moths, definitely were not moths!) and did not check any other part of the rest of the house. WE PAID IN FULL. We are now getting bills for a quarterly service (says on the bill "unlimited quarterly visits"??) which we do not want. They tried very hard to get me to sign up for this quarterly "check" initially, which we declined. Multiple phone calls to this business have not helped, and they keep sending bills and e-mails. Very unprofessional and not responsive to my concerns. We would warn others to be very careful before engaging their services.

Fine with technician, but I had to call the office to make certain they were treating the inside of my home. I was surprised to learn that I was paying $109. per service especially since they didn't even come in where I was seeing the spiders. They usually just send an email saying when they are coming and spray the outside. The employee was there 15 minutes. $109. for 15 minutes. That can NOT be enough time for a thorough job for inside and out. Possibly Barrett gives them a quota to get accomplished during each day so the most amount of money can be made for the company. I called Barrett when I added up the $109. for 4 times per year = $436.! The rude woman who talked over me in a loud fast voice sent me a copy of the contract. The signature on it was NOT mine and they had the incorrect initials. My fault that I did not discover long before this last service how much I was paying. It was much too much for the job they were doing. I canceled their services. Odd that the contract was sketchy....you decide.

The product normally lasts longer on the inside due to less exposure to outside elements. However, there is never an extra charge to treat the inside upon our customer's request. The intended design of commercial pest control is to "flush" everything out of the home, then keep pests out with outside commercial products. The $109 you are paying also pays for the robust warranty you have of free service calls in between your quarterly treatments. Please feel free to contact us to schedule an inside treatment. We had Box Elder bugs and stinkbugs infesting our house from the trees outside. The manager assured me that the Box Elder bugs would be guaranteed to be removed and that they suggested that we do a quarterly treatment. So I signed up the guy came out and within three weeks the bugs were back. They called back to ask when they were coming out again and was told that all of the sudden my house was out of their service area. I asked if they service Boulder Colorado and they said yes, but that I am slightly out of their area. I live in central Boulder doesn’t get more central than my house. I think they just don’t know how to do their job and don’t wanna do it.

We use Berretts on a quarterly basis and find them to be reasonably professional. If I show the technician where all the traps are located, he/she does a fine job. However I am a bit disabled and that becomes a chore for me. I saw a mouse today for the first time in a year. Called on a Friday and Cat who took my call gave me a Monday schedule for timing which is reasonable.. She was professional and accommodating. The service on Monday is free, since we are on a quarterly maintenance schedule.
