Do not hire this company. We signed a one-year contract (including a $200 upfront fee plus monthly payments) to keep our home rodent-free. After eight months, we still have rodents in the attic. When we asked them to resolve it, they tried to charge extra to remove the rodents?the very issue we hired them for. Key issues: 1. No proactive maintenance. They only come if the client calls. There is no regular monitoring. 2. Ineffective trapping. Only two traps were placed, and the rodent problem continued. 3. Misleading inspections. Technicians said nothing was wrong, but an inspector later confirmed rodents in the attic. 4. Deceptive contract language. Rodent trapping is labeled an ?exclusion,? buried in vague wording despite a ?guarantee.? 5. Poor communication. Calls are rarely returned, and staff are unclear on what the membership covers. Bottom line: you pay, the problem remains, and they ask for more money. Avoid.

Horrible , push you into services you don’t need. Customer service is a call service and they don’t communicate. I wish I would have called any other service in Houston other than them.

The only Berrett guarantee is that you will pay to redo thier work when their feeble warranty expires.

Not a trustworthy company canceled their service and they continued to charge after I canceled then lied after I contacted them to stop to get their money from the bank after a dispute was filed, never sign up for anything they will charge you and not come out.

The services were scheduled and performed today and that went very well. We will need to wait to see if the services performed works. Hopefully, it will work because our fur baby doesn’t like sharing his backyard space.

Still working the problem but Berrett guarantees their work

I’ve used Berrett for 6 months. I get 24hr notice before they arrive, the technicians are punctual & I’ve had no issues with bugs or other pests. The only drawback is that their routine service price is slightly higher than other services I used before.

I regret spending my money here their treatment didn’t work. You will have better luck with store bought products. Don’t waste your money with them

The technician made several inappropriate comments towards me and when I called to complain, I was told the manger would call me back within a day or two. I had to reach out to them again to finally talk to a manager about what happened which they decided to do nothing about because they said the guy didn’t admit to saying what I told them. The tech kept telling me I was beautiful and told me I had a nice butt. To top everything off the treatment did nothing. I had to go get store treatments which worked a lot better. All around horrible service and experience. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, especially women.
