Extremely well. The crew did a great job, cleaned up the site after the work, and game more value then the price paid.

The 4 recessed lights were installed in a professional manner within 2 hours, which was excellent. They needed to come back a second time because they needed 2 people for a large ladder to install the fan. My former tenant returned the remote control so I did not need to have this work done. The owner was very professional and had excellent follow-up.

It was good. It took them a couple times to send somebody out that actually knew how to do it. They finally sent someone. The B has to do with the fact that the first folks that came out couldn't finish it. Something about the bracket in the ceiling didn't work so they had to send someone else out. I was a little bit dissatisfied with that. The next group of guys came a couple of days later. They actually finished up everything and got the bracket in and got the fan up. If they have a general idea, which they did call and ask of what work you need to have done, then they know not to send someone who can't do it. The price was reasonable. I did have to pay additional over the Big Deal price.

Owner indicated that he had problems with Angie's List reimbursement so would not honor pre-purchased service orders that were offered through Angie's List. Will now contact A/L directly to try to obtain refund. Very disappointed that A/L didn't proactively contact customers that purchased these special offers.

Berry initially quoted a higher price, but after further assessment they determined we didn't need additional work. As a result, we paid less than the original quote. We were pleased with their service

I was very pleased with the services rendered from Berry Electrical and would definitely use them again. After my install I encountered an issue with one of the ceiling fans and the owner came out to personally troubleshoot the issue and discovered that the issue I was having is the way the builder wired the switch. After a subtle change he fixed my issue and my ceiling fan now works as it should and I am very grateful for the extra step that was taken to make sure it worked properly and to also make sure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you so much.

The fixtures were effectively secured to the wall and the chandelier was replaced. However, when they got to the outlet covers the rep. indicated that the wires were "burned" and we needed a new electrical box to the tune of $500. Since we had not had any electrical problems we got a second opinion. It turned out that the second opinion (trusted provider that is much more expensive) indicated that 1) We do not have an issue with our electrical box 2) The wires were not 'burned' but DIRTY 3) When one of the outlet covers was replaced he had not included a grounding wire Effectively having to get someone else to give us a second opinion on an issue we didn't even indicate we have negated the entire deal. We might as well have used "Trusted Provider" from the beginning.

Disastrous ordeal!! Initial attempt at installation resulted in discovery of termite damage (which was not their fault and I'm glad they recognized the damage). The electrical company owner was my advocate when dealing with the termite bond company, and for that I am grateful. "Coincidentally" after the old electric panel (with which all the appliances worked properly) was swapped out with the new panel our new clothes dryer stopped heating. Since the dryer was under warranty, we called Samsung out to repair it. At each visit, the Samsung technician replaced parts (including the control panel!), but to no avail. On his third(!) visit, the Samsung technician made the discovery that there was insufficient power at the outlet --> the new electric panel was the problem. The electric panel technician came out, tested some output at the panel, and declared the panel was working properly (though the dryer still did not heat). The Samsung technician came out once more (4th visit!) and after checking the power output at the outlet, again declared there was improper power at the outlet. The electrical company denied it, and the Samsung tech had to explain to them (complete with diagrams) that the power at the outlet was unbalanced. Two electrical company techs came out and argued about it with each other before eventually fixing that power balance problem. Finally the dryer was working properly again. [I'm surprised Samsung didn't charge for their tech's wasted time trying to fix a dryer that wasn't broken and having to convince the electrical company that the problem was actually due to their shoddy electric panel work.] Now that the dryer was working again, the washing machine would fill with water but not agitate. It seemed to be too much of a coincidence that after fiddling with the electric panel to fix the dryer, the washing machine was malfunctioning. The electrical company came out again and this time diagnosed a faulty breaker. They replaced the breaker and now the washing machine would agitate but no longer fill with water. I had to convince the company owner that the washer was NOT broken; again, it was too much of a coincidence that every time they fiddled with the electric panel, an appliance malfunctioned. The owner of the electric company came out and was dismayed at the shoddy work that had been done by his technician (who has since been fired). Whereas his technician acted as though the job was complete, the entire center panel was missing so everything inside (all the wiring) was exposed. The owner promised to purchase a replacement center panel and personally check and replace every connection and breaker to guarantee all the appliances would work properly again. Since that visit we have had appointments cancelled and been stood up a few times; for a couple of the scheduled appointments the company owner had sudden out-of-town family emergencies. Most recently, he didn't show because he was in the hospital as the result of a car accident. I feel sorry for his series of bad luck but... our washing machine is still unusable and the electric panel innards are still dangerously exposed. This electric panel nightmare has been going on for months! Since there is no timely resolution in sight, a person from their company told me they understood if I hired another company to get the job done. That is what I plan to do. They can have all their hardware back to recoup whatever money they can, but I want all my money back. That's the least they can do to compensate me for all the hassle and time wasted dealing with this.

We've had them out a couple of different times where they've had a couple of different specials. It did take longer to do than the special because I ended up paying them more money. We paid for the special and then in addition to the special we paid $235. They were very courteous. I don't think they were on time. The first service we had, the actual owner of the company, Mr. Berry came out. He was really good. He was fast and quick and he knew exactly what he was doing. He came out himself on the first one. But the second job, he sent a couple of apprentices and they weren't quite as knowledgeable. So it just took longer to do the work.

The requested service was never done due to scheduled appointment being cancelled multiple times for personal reasons. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to request a full refund.
