Excellent. John arrived slightly early, which is a nice change for that line of work. He went straight to the problem and within 2-3 minutes identified what was wrong (bad solenoid, contact, and fan in the compressor unit). He had to come back with the parts and within a couple hours of when he first showed up, the A/C was on again. I would definitely hire him again!
