Bespoke Moving DC

I have requested single bed room move recently. Their quoting process and presentation was impressive and Sergei was very responsive. I almost heard back within 10 minutes for any question and follow ups. On the day of move, they arrived on time and patient enough to adjust few mins of confusion about elevator reservation before starting the work. Once the elevator is locked, that cool guy gave estimation, explained clearly and started the work. Carefully moved all items to the truck and arrived on destination as planned. On the drop off location they moved everything at lightning fast but with care. So they have finished all work earlier than planned and revised the bill accordingly. All went well and they got one more happy customer. All 3 of them were highly professional. I highly recommend them for moving and make sure to discuss everything in advance to make the move transparent and easier for you and the company.

This was my 3rd move with Bespoke Moving in a few years and they didn't disappoint. I've referred them to all my friends. I opted to rent the reusable blue boxes and it was a great decision - they delivered them far in advance of my move and saved me the hassle of ubering to Home Depot and building my own boxes. They always work efficiently and I've never felt duped or annoyed when they finish and we review the final costs. Always fair. They show up on time and always know where they are going and work with the building staff - I didn't have to tell them anything.

I moved in February with these guys and they were some of the best movers I've ever worked with! I had a bit of an interesting move - we were moving 2 separate apartments into one house in one day, with a brief stop at a storage facility. These guys were on time, careful, quick, and a joy to work with. At first, they were all very quiet, but they came out of their shells after a little bit. We started at around 9am and were completely finished, in our new place, with all furniture assembled and in it's spot by 2pm (at the latest). That time included a lunch break for the guys (which was not on the clock and and we weren't charged for). Let me just add that neither apartment had an elevator and our new place is on the 3rd floor with a 4th floor once inside. These guys didn't complain once - all smiles and jokes. Best part is the overall price came in well under the quote we were given, which is always a plus! I'll definitely be using them again in the future

Very professional. Didn't try to nickel and dime me. The total cost ended up being lower than I was expecting. Will certainly use them again.

I moved last Saturday and I had a really good experience with Bespoke Moving. This was my 7th move in 3 years, and decided it was time to actually hire movers. I never hired movers previously because I was very paranoid about people touching my stuff, and not being careful. But they were extremely careful, and were very fast and efficient. The move was estimated to take over 3 hours, but they finished it in 2. It was impressive as it was extremely hot and humid that day as well. Price was great - definitely affordable and on the lower end of pricing compared to other companies I spoke with (and I reached out to about 15 other companies). The 4 guys were very professional, and very friendly. Overall, very happy with my experience with them, and will be recommending to anyone who needs to move in the city

These guys are great. I hired them to unpack a moving truck I drove in from cross country. The two guys who showed up were excellent: punctual, professional, and fast. I definitely recommend them. Thanks, Bespoke Moving!!!

These guys were fantastic! They are punctual, showed up with a huge crew and worked solid. They quoted me 8 hours, were done in 7. Not one thing broken, everything placed (sometimes re-arranged) where we wanted it and it was done with a smile. Nicola was a fabulous crew leader. Definitely recommend this company.

I purchased a used sofa and love seat and needed to have them moved to my home. I was able to get Bespoke Moving to come out with 48 hours notice. They showed up on time, actually a little early, and got right to work. They put a blanket around each piece and then shrink wrapped both pieces so that they wouldn't get dirty. When they arrived at my house they set everything up and even took my old sofa and love seat to the curb for me at no extra charge. This is the second time I've used them and they did a great job both times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everything about this company is top notch. We had gotten a quote from the moving company storing our furniture, and Bespoke saved us over $2,000. To be fair, it was because we decided to go with a cheaper service where your stuff is combined with others on the truck, and we weren't guaranteed a specific delivery date. We got a 10-day window to move from VA to western NC. Despite the 10-day time frame, we got our delivery in 3 days. The best part of the experience was the daily communication letting us know the progress. Ivan, Valerie and Lyuda all provided great customer service. The movers were professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them

Would not use again. Arrived late without a call we decided on a time not a “timeframe” for arrival. Did not wrap any of my items before taking them down to the truck except for a few. Not friendly, did not feel like there was an urgency to protect my things. I felt like they intentionally were slow the first hour only taking a few items at a time to eat up the time. A job that clearly should have only taken 2 maybe 2.5 hours ended up taking four hours. If only you could see how little I had to move! And no I did not have a lot of things. It took nearly three hours to empty a small apartment and only a half an hour forty minutes at most to move my things into the house hmm ok. Left me with an unassembled bed which was included in the price and I ended up paying for an extra hour. Just not worth the money I paid.

Sergei and his team were great to work with and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a tricky move from the second floor of a townhome with narrow stairs to a single story condo with narrow doorways, but they pulled it off with no issues and got the job done fast.

This is the second time that my husband and I have used Bespoke Moving DC and they were once again fantastic. They were on time, incredibly polite, and they worked very efficiently. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move and they made the whole process super easy and stress free. Thanks again!

11/3/2018 I have never really used a moving company when moving but this was a great decision. I ended up changing my moving date twice and Jay was very understanding and made it possible. Movers were great, showed up on time and did everything very efficiently. All the furniture was wrapped up and everything they disassembled they put back together. The whole move was done so quickly we actually had time to set up and unpack most of our belongings.

Best moving experience yet, Sean and Louis were very fast and efficient, they arrived exactly when they said they would and were done in the three hour minimum time frame even with our new house being 25 miles from our old apartment. Also, they were very clear on the cost ,no hidden fees or the extra $100 or so every other moving company seems to tack on at the end . We will definitely be using them for our next move!

Bespoke were truly mighty! They responded quickly to my quote request, and the price was definitely worth the service. The team showed up on time, packed my fragile items carefully (lamps, etc), wrapped up my furniture in clean blankets, and got me moved in to my new place quickly. They were very professional and courteous - I highly recommend them!

Just opened my ABF trailer in Fort Worth and wow-nothing seems to have budged an inch. Jorge and his partner packed it high and tight with some serious mad skills. - they actually used a foot less than I was allotted in the trailer, saving me money! They were also great on the load-in side: arrived at my place 15 minutes early, moved everything quickly but carefully, and augmented my own (unpracticed) wrapping skills when necessary. Would hand down use them again if I had stayed in the DC area (and we've already recommended them to a friend).

I highly recommend this company! I worked with Jay personally and he was extremely friendly and flexible. the men that he had with him moved all of my belongings with care as if it was their own! Outstanding moving service. Professional, courteous, and focused on protecting your furniture. I worked with Robert, Matthew, and Damian. Can't say enough good things about these gentlemen. I'm in the military and I've moved a lot and these guys were the best. I recently completed a local move, 1 bedroom apartment to a townhome. They safely completed my move in 2.5 hours on the nose, which was impressive considering a good chunk of that time was spent in beltway traffic. I recommend NOVA movers and would use them again. These movers are awesome!! Great service, great personalities. The team of Robert, Shaun and Danis were fun to work with. They were so quick packing the house. They are very efficient. Moved from NOVA to Harrisonburg with no trouble... they had the truck unpacked in very short time. All the guys were courteous and kind. We would highly recommend their service.
