The worst most uncoordinated movers you could possible find. Absolute 0 respect for the customer with 0 customer service skills. Damaged the furniture significantly. They don't pick up the calls because they don't want to deal with the customers. One of the workers also STOLE an expensive watch and did not show up the next time they came to move the stuff. Pricing is awful too! DO NOT RECOMMEND. After completing the move into the next house. It was discovered that many items such as jewelry, watches, perfumes and game consoles were stolen by this company and their employees. Police reports have been filed and legal action is being pursued since the owner is not willing to cooperate through BBB. Avoid this company at all costs. There are many options out there. Avoid the losses we suffered.

This was the most unprofessional moving company I've ever had the misfortune to use. The two men did show up relatively on time; but that's the best compliment I can pay them. One of them was constantly taking breaks and talking on the phone. Almost every piece of furniture we own was scratched or dented because they did not use blankets to protect the furniture when putting it on the dolly (we had plenty of blankets and the furniture was very well-packed and protected during load-in). It was as if they had no idea how to properly move furniture. They dropped our hall tree completely while bringing it down the ramp, which shattered the mirror. There is a grand piano in the home - they did not even have to move it as it was already there, but they still managed to put a dent in the piano by banging into it with another piece of furniture. Because of the constant breaks and phone-talking by the one mover (the other, to his credit, seemed very frustrated by this), my husband had to get into the truck, help unload boxes and direct them in an attempt to keep them on task. When I spoke to the 'boss' to give my payment information, I told him about the broken mirror - he (I believe his name was Abdul) immediately began backpedaling about what he was responsible for paying. I told him I would contact him once I replaced the mirror and knew the cost. It turned out to be around $40. I called Best Buy and told them I wanted to speak with someone about reimbursement for this, and was told someone would call me back but of course I never received the promised call. I will NEVER use Best Buy again, and urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere for moving assistance.

It save my back and went great overall. They were on-time, professional and worked hard. Watch the time though... You are charged per quarter or half hour and if you go over by a few minutes, you will be charged for the full segment. The only negative is that across the 2.5 hours they were working, a 15 minute smoke break was had on my bill/time.

I bought an antique armoire from an individual that required it to be moved from the second floor of their residence. I called this company with 1 day of notice. They called the day of the move with advance notice and were very prompt. The armoire was extremely heavy but it was moved and loaded into my vehicle without any damages. I would use this company again if I found myself needing movers in their service area.

When I began my search for movers, I interviewed several different companies. Best Bet Movers, who I selected, was the only company who fees included packing and wrapping of all my household items and furniture. Every other company had all these separate in their fees. I met directly with the owner Abdule, he was punctual for our meeting and very professional. After our meeting, I felt that they were the right people to do the job I needed done. I felt and they would care for my things as if it was theirs. I knew they were going to have a big job on their hands, but felt confident that they would do a great job, and they they did disappoint.
The day of the move went like clockwork. Everyone arrived on time and ready to work. The guys went tru the house and wrapped all the furniture, including the little pieces with large moving blankets. I had ever had a mover do this before, we moved from California with a very large moving company and they did not even wrap our stuff in moving blankets. Abdule advised me that this was so that nothing would get scratched during the move and to also protect my things as it was all going into storage. I thought this was great; they cared.
With such a large house , it took them two days to move me. They came back in on the second day and finished up the remainder off the move. They made sure that everything was clean after the move and nothing was left behind.
Once again, they had to come back and move everything out of storage and into my new house. Once again, things went very smooth.
I would highly recommend Bet Bet Movers. They are professional, neat and punctual.

After an extremely unpleasant experience with a company that I have used for 6 moves since 1999, I joined Angie's List & searched the A ratings for a new moving company. Most of the quotes I received seemed absurdly high, both in the time & number of men it would take for the job, & for the hourly rate.
Fortunately, I found Best Bet & called & spoke to Abdul. Immediately, I was impressed with his professionalism, politeness, & 'to the point' attitude. I described the size of the storage unit, and he estimated 2 men & a truck could do the job in half the amount of time that most of the other companies had quoted me for 4 men.
They showed up exactly when we agreed, & were so quick in packing up my large storage unit, we had them take other items out of an additional storage unit in the same facility. Abdul coordinated the two men & also carried items, & they finished within the quoted time. All the men were courteous, professional, & efficient with their time. I have never been happier with a moving company, & I would never use another as long as I am in the Piedmont Triad area.

I called a month before to set up a move on May 31. I was told that the movers would be there between 7 and 8 am. That time came and went. We waited and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Finally we called and they told us that they had tried to call us several times (THEY HAD NOT). Then we had a few more conversations with them (over 30 minutes) and we found out that they 1. been calling the wrong number and 2. had a printer jam so they didn't have any of their reservations for the morning. I had to give them all of my information again. Not sure why they didn't just tell us about the printer jam from the beginning but instead insisted that they had called us numerous times and acted as if it was our fault.
The movers finally showed up and they were nice. They worked quickly. We told them about a fridge that was in our garage in addition to the items inside. They loaded the entire inside and had forgotten about the fridge. At this point the truck was full and one mover said that he didn't know about the fridge b/c he would have loaded that first. The second mover said that he remembered about the fridge so they decided that they would not make us pay for the time to come back and get the fridge after they unloaded the truck. Good thing since it was your fault. As they were moving our entertainment center into our house, they dropped it. It had a ton of scratches and a very big gouge out of the very front corner of it. The mover immediately told my husband, took pictures of it, said he would let his boss know and that they would take care of it ASAP. He asked where we purchased it and said he would go replace it after the weekend. The movers spent a lot of time getting our fridge into our house (too small to fit without coming apart).
After they left, we called the owner, Abdul, and told him about the damaged entertainment center. He completely blew my husband off and told him that he would not be buying us another one until he could come and look at it. He also said that he "didn't have any time to deal with us" until a week later. We told him that this was unacceptable and we needed it fixed sooner as his movers caused the damage. He asked us to take photos of it and email them. We did. He sent a cabinet repair man to look at it and fix it a few days later. The gentleman kind of fixed it and said that he would be back to finish it after the weekend. I told him that it looked better but we both agreed that it was not fixed to my liking and it was still noticeable.
Abdul (the owner) then called my husband and told him that his cabinet guy had fixed it and that I was happy. He basically wrote us off. A week went by and I never heard back from the cabinet guy so I called him to follow up. He was nice and said he hadn't forgotten about me but was wrapped up in a project and would call me back at the end of the week to set up a time to come back. That was 4 weeks ago! I finally called him today and still haven't heard back from him.
So I have a busted entertainment center that is sort of fixed. I have also noticed tons of scratches and broken parts of our furniture that were not there before this move. Of course these were things that I noticed after I paid the movers. I also paid a lot of money for someone that was over 2 hours and didn't apologize but blamed it on me at first. I also have to continue to follow up with someone to fix something that they broke. I WOULD NOT USE THESE MOVERS.

I found this company through a popular search engine under the name Pro Movers of Greensboro. I didn't see them on Angie's List so was a little hesitant to go with them, but decided to anyway. Turns out they are on Angie's List under the business name listed on the invoice - Best Bet Moving and Labor.

I received a call from Gary (one of the movers) a little after 3:30 which was within the time they said they'd arrive. I gave them to code to the lock box and they loaded everything up and arrived at my house about 5:10. They had everything unloaded into my garage in 15 minutes to complete the job in just under 2 hours. The estimate over the phone by Adbul was that it would probably take his guys about 3 hours. Since it only took 2 he was willing to only charge me for the 2 hours. One piece of advice, make sure you discuss all the details ahead of time like if there's a minimum number of hours.

The two movers were polite and professional and were very careful with my belongings.
