"On 5/28/202 [Member Name Removed] callee Angies list to have his central air ducts cleaned. This home had numerous issues. On that same day I did complete this house. I had one of my colleagues,” an engineer”, working beside me. Upon completion, I expressed several issues, all that was compromising the air quality inside. The existing air handler, Was losing so much air at the Plenum. I tried the first seal it with mastic which helped dramatically. However, it was only a 90% improvement. On July 4 I have volunteered to come and help resolve that issue with the Plenum. At no cost to him. As I was sealing that Plenum up I inadvertently hit one of the Freon lines, causing a tiny fracture. Due to that fracture, the system started loosing its Freon. I hired freedom air,!to come out and fix that broken line and vacuum out old Freon and replace with new Freon. Actual cost $975 out of my pocket. Not the homeowners. The materials I bought, to repair that platinum, actual cost $159. Once again my cost not the Home owners. I don’t feel this review is fair. I was hired to clean out the AC ductwork. That I did receive money for. Actual cost $600. Customer states they were satisfied with that service. Several months later I volunteered to try and help with that Plenum at no cost. And because of the fact I tried to help them out, not only did it cost me over $1150 that is in addition to the F review. That review was not based upon services rendered. Because the services that were rendered, he states he was satisfied. The job I volunteered to try and help him out with, that’s what he is dissatisfied or unhappy with. So for that reason, I do not feel this review is accurate nor does it reflect on my workmanship. As this review reflects nothing at all, like my every other review. I rectified the issue I caused. At the end of the day, what I was trying to help him with, did not improve. No good deed goes unpunished. As I always try to look out for our first responders military and seniors alike. This is the most shocking review I received. And feel it’s completely uncalled for. Here is a perfect example. If you make 10 people happy, you are lucky if one writes a positive review. If you make 10 people upset, All ten will write a negative review. This is my theory of mind. This is a fact that I have observed throughout the years, this is only my third bad review in eight years still not too bad but this one, just Uncalled for and I was informed that his review on that. even though has nothing to do with the reason why I was hired several months ago. So be advised if you hire somebody for Angies List and three months later they upset you for any reason, you can now write them a negative review, give them an F, even in the has nothing to do with the only official job you were hired to do. I am a small company and I keep it that [Member Information Removed] because this [Member Information Removed] I can then work each and every stop. No one gets less then 100% of my attention, guaranteeing wonderful results"
