Jeff at Best Deal Movers is the reason my move went so smoothly. As the Sales Moving Coordinator, he followed up, confirmed details, and made sure the team was prepared. The movers were excellent and very respectful of my home.

I had the pleasure of working with Jordan and Rafael on this last minute adventure! Two days prior I had the appointment for another company that cancelled on us at the last second and had me in a chokehold!! I was left scrambling but Was grateful for the guys at Best Deal Movers! I’m pleasantly impressed with how fast and efficient they handled everything! One bedroom apartment unloaded in only 30 min!!! Wow! Everything went smooth from booking to finished project! Thank you all to help a tired friend out! Way to go!

They talk the talk, but do not walk the walk. I signed with this company because I was reassured I would get professional service, integrity, and a better experience than with other movers who supposedly damage items, damage walls, leave jobs incomplete, and create unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened here. The crew arrived about an hour late. More importantly, my written quote stated 4 movers and 2 trucks (hence why it was a higher quote), but only 1 truck arrived, which meant multiple trips and much less efficiency (two hours wasted in transit alone). I was also told furniture would be disassembled and reassembled, but several items were left unfinished, including my sectional, which was not properly put back together after the steel connectors were bent during the move. It took us over an hour to rebend the metal and get it assembled ourselves. I also had to spend much of my weekend fixing things they left incomplete instead of unpacking.

Gary and his crew were awesome. They showed up on time and were so personable and professional the entire time. They made sure everything was packed well and communicated the entire time about which items were being moved and which items went where in the new home. We had a great moving experience because of them.

Excellent company.

Picked up on Tuesday but didn't deliver until Monday 6 days later. They were 3 hours late arriving. They didn't even get everything! Excuse for late delivery "held up at weight station " asked for weigh bill but never got it. That was on Tuesday don't understand why they couldn't deliver next day but didn't get any reason for delay other than weigh station.??? Driver that picked up my things was rude,unprofessional and used profanity. One bright spot, Nikki phone person was very cool and never lost her customer service attitude, also the crew led by Jordan was very polite and extremely efficient, they're too good to work for this company.
