They replaced some damaged hardwood flooring and refinished the entire floor, stained and polyurethaned, replaced the shoe molding for the entire lower level. They were very professional and reliable, explained things well, the 25 year old floor looks brand new.

Marcio owns and operates a very honest, thorough and detail-oriented business and does exactly what he says at exactly the times he said he would. Most important, for people doing home improvements, Marcio is extraordinarily responsive and proactive with his communication. Specifically, we bought a house in May 2021 and wanted to add matching hard wood (5” white oak) to areas of the house that had carpet and refinish the existing hardwood. The existing floors had gaps between the boards and had bumps in certain areas as well. Marcio procured the wood in the middle of a nationwide lumber shortage, dropped it off to let it settle for a couple days and then came by to install it. He then sanded the floors to be perfectly level, filled in the gaps, showed us stain and polyurethane options set out for us on our actual floors and then completed the staining and two coats of poly. The floors looked unbelievable. He added the shoe molding around the base and cove molding under each tread on the stairs. His work was impeccable, his timing was perfect and his price was the best of all the quotes I had initially received. I highly recommend him and his business.

The floors were refinished beautifully. Marcio’s craftsmanship was excellent. He also replaced the stair post, rails and balusters. Looks like something that should be on the front cover of a magazine. Unbelievable!

Marcio Vaz, was the company I picked from 4 other companies I researched. He had the best price and best time line. We purchased a house and needed to move in pretty fast. We closed on the 14th and Marcio, starting ripping up old carpet in 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs the same day. His team is fast. Then floor repair and prep to sand stain and poly. His team knocked out repairing the floor damaged from nails from the carpet. Then he had to work on the steps that originally had a stair lift that was bolted to the steps. lots of holes, nails, bolts to remove. Plus replace 2 odd shaped steps, You could not tell the steps were in such bad shape once Marcio was done. Great job. Got another project coming up soon and Best floors will be the team to do the job. Job time line 6 days.

Best Floors were great. Very responsive and accommodating. Marcio went above and beyond to ensure our project got done quickly. When the project changed from a floor refinish to a floor replacement Marcio was still able to hold to original timelines (we need it done before we moved in). Happy with our new floors.
