He used to clean my pool, he filters when it needs to be filtered, they do whatever they need to do. but when he expanded his service, it's not working good for me anymore.

He knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnose the problem very quickly. He told me exactly what is needed to be done and what exactly is the cost. When I initially contacted him, he returned my call in 5 mins. He took the time to explain to me the entire pool system and how it works. He gave me pool school for free. He's very honest, did not try to sell me and helped me save money. I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat.

should have known from the beginning to cancel with this company. During the estimate he was friendly and courteous and showed me pictures of his beautiful work. He promised me he would do a beautiful and professional job. From the beginning there was trouble with scheduling. He would say he would be there but never give me a time then not show up. There were always what sounded like good reasons though so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He finally (after 2 weeks of back and forth with scheduling) came and worked on my pool. I’m glad I was home when he started because he was going to paint my deck without pressure washing it first! He “forgot” his pressure washer and told me cleaning it with my hose would be enough.... After the work was completed (by his standard) he said he would come by on a Saturday night for the other half of his money. I inspected his work and was just sick at how awful it looked. There were gaps and holes in the repair job he did on my tile and paint smeared and splashed all over the edges of the pool deck, the walls of my house, the hose (which is mine not his) and even on the ball I had floating in my pool. The paint job he did was uneven and streaked. He used cement to fix the cracks but never tried to sand it down or even it out so now I have ugly uneven stripes all over the deck. When I told him I needed him to come fix the work before I paid him the rest he went off on me via text accusing me of trying to not pay him! It took 2 weeks to get him to come back. I thought I was very reasonable and only asked him to fix the cracks/holes in the repair job, remove the paint off the edges of the screen enclosure, and tell me the brand/type of paint he used since he was refusing to fix the paint job. He couldn’t even do that. He “graciously” cut down the amount he was asking from me to finish the job because he was “unable” to remove the paint from the screen enclosure. He told me what kind of paint I could get to paint over his mistakes. He apologized and said he probably should have used painters tape. This whole job was an unmitigated disaster. Despite lowering his price (to get out of fixing his mistakes) I grossly over paid for this job that looks worse than when he started. I will have to not only fix the paint job on the deck, which is starting to peel already, but also now re-paint the exterior of my house and pool enclosure if I want to get rid of the paint splatters. Save yourself a huge headache and keep scrolling. Never use this man. If you are looking for proof I have tons of pictures.

Kori did an Excellent job diagnosing the issues of why the SPA wasn't working or heating. He took his time to explain the process, and tried every step he could to keep our budget in mind but providing me only what I needed instead of selling up a total replacement. He really cares about his work, the customer, and being prompt. I would highly recommend him to do any work he provides. Class A guy and business.

Kori is amazing! He called me immediately and went out the same day. He tried less expensive solutions before moving to more expensive ones, and he got everything working better than when we bought the house. He also charged us MUCH less than the other companies. In fact, he had everything fixed before we even got callbacks from some of these places. I've also switched to his pool cleaning service after seeing how he treats his customers. Do yourself a favor and call Kori. You can thank me later.

It was excellent. Great service. Very personable. He came all the way from Orlando. He did a great job.

Cory arrived earlier than promised. He then discovered the problem was not a pool leak (as I suspected), but instead the pool pump. Saved me loads of money, and was so very pleasant about it. I will call Best Florida Pools for all of the pools needs from now on. Thanks Angie's List!
