Best Hardwood Flooring LLC

All around excellent experience. We visited Best Hardwood Flooring's store while shopping around to find the right flooring for our home (and we visited several stores). Their sample selection was very impressive, by far the best of all the stores we visited. Yaqueline was very attentive and helpful during that first visit, and provided us with several samples to take home and consider. Once we had made our decision on a product, we went over pricing, and found that they offered the best price for the flooring product we had selected, which was a higher-end Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (and we did check around on that pricing..). Jaqueline then arranged for Caesar to come out and take measurements at our home, and provided us with a few quotes covering some options ranging from Best doing all of the work, to quotes resulting in a reduction in some of the costs by performing a portion of the preliminary preparation work ourselves, which I had requested of her and found to be very helpful. Once we made our decision to go with Best and had them place the materials orders, they provided us with a schedule for the job, and an estimated duration before completion. The job was then booked per our scheduling preference. On the scheduled day, Mario and Juan showed up on time to begin the job. They were very courteous and went over the details of the job with us such as what area of the house they would begin installing the floor, how it would be installed, and asked us what our preferences were for orientation of the plank or offered suggestions whenever applicable as the job progressed. They even took the time to sand the subfloor where there were even any slight edges to ensure it was a smooth level base for the new flooring planks. They arrived on time each day, and actually completed the job ahead of the projected duration originally provided. These gentlemen did an outstanding, VERY PROFESSIONAL job! We could not be happier with the result of their workmanship, and we are absolutely delighted with our new flooring! We would not hesitate to recommend this provider, and will definitely return to them for any additional needs going forward. Very pleased.

Workers were unaware of appointment date and time. My phone call to company to inquire and then two workers showed up (late) said it would take two days to complete, however, estimator said it would take one day to complete. After phone calls by worker two more workers showed up. Job was done in one day, however, laminate flooring in adjoining room was chipped, metal track to closet was installed incorrectly, and baseboard install was sloppy.

What a treat to have a contractor be so professional from first contact with the office staff to the employees who completed the project. The price was fair and the quality of the workmanship was excellent! As we all know with remodels, once you remove / open up something there is usually an extra cost. There were sub-floor issues when they removed the tile. They quoted us a reasonable price for the sub-floor repairs and were able to complete the repairs as promised. The installers for were friendly, professional and did a great job making sure the project was clean when they left. We would definitely recommend them!

They broke the nuheat electric floor mat and did not offer to replace it. I had to replace it. took four attempts for second shower. The owner did not supervise his workers and they had to come out three times to fix tiles in shower as the shower valves did not fit. The tile corners are chipped. Hired substandard sub contractors and never came to see how they were doing. I do not recommend using them.

The Best Hardwood people were good to work with. They were on time, professional, good communicators, did high-quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was very similar to 2 other quotes/bids.

All the work done was just what we wanted. The workers were all professional and friendly. Couldn't me more happy with the outcome and how it looks.

Not a hitch, on time and great work.

It went great! Every part of the job was done in a timely manner and when they ran out of bull nose tile edges, they let me know, ordered more and came and finished the job as soon as possible once the new tile had arrived. The wood flooring is an exact match! The kitchen tile floors and counters are exactly what I wanted -- not fancy but clean and elegant lines. I had a board split in the new wood floor and they repaired it as soon as I called. The women in the office were excellent to work with and I alleyways knew they could help me if I ran into an issue during the job. Since the tile crew spoke very little English, the office staff were great help to me. All of the workmen were clean, pleasant to be around, worked hard and professionally, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I found a carpet I really liked at RC Willey and they were able to match the carpet and price it below the RC Willey bid which was great since it let me work with one contractor only.

This was not a good experience. They measured wrong twice so we?had to order more flooring thus the quoted cost and actual cost was not accurate. Most frustrating is that we have creaking boards and I have called three times and only get excuses from the lady in the office about how busy they are. She said she put my name on a white board but this has resulted in nothing.? It is clear to me that post install service is not part of their culture so I would not recommend Caesar's company to anyone.

The hardwood looks amazing! Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job.  They aren't the only ones that were amazing to work with though. <br>From the first phone call with Sandi (and the numerous phone calls to the office to both Sandi and Kaytlin), to having Cesar come to our home for our estimate, our experience was great! <br>We hadn't yet moved into our home so we didn't have to deal with the day to day stuff, but they got the job done when they promised, so we are happy!! <br>We arrived the afternoon before our moving trucks were due to show up and the house was not as 'move in' ready as we had hoped, BUT one phone call to Sandi and Miguell was here to assess the mess and had someone there cleaning and moving the unused hardwood later that same day PLUS because our vacuum cleaner was on the moving truck Miguel made sure that someone came by to vacuum the next morning before the movers arrived! <br>We added on the install of a marble entry way, purchased a medallion and Sandi and her team researched and got us an awesome deal on the matching marble tile to go around the medallion. <br>The entry hasn't been completed yet, but if it turns out as great as the hardwood floors did, we will be extremely happy. <br>Best Hardwood Flooring really is the best! <br>Thanks team!!

They have been very cooperative with our scheduling, arrived promptly and worked professionally.  The only surprise was with their "diagonal installation" up charge.  The flooring they removed was installed on the diagonal. Their quote did not have any mention of this up charge and we presumed the new flooring would be installed in the same manner.  The day before the installation, we got a call advising us of this additional charge.  While it was relatively small amount, it should have been quoted or discussed when they were there taking measurements for the quote. <br />

Miguel and Cesar did an amazing job on our stairs. We had installed new floors throughout our home on our own, but didn't feel qualified to tackle the stairs. They cut a base board for each side from scratch and installed it with a perfect fit. They used the white bead board I supplied for the risers of the stairs and laminate for the stair itself. They installed stair noses, calked and patched nail holes, and reinstalled our stair railing. They did everything specifically how I wanted it and the stairs turned out beautiful. I could not be more happy with the results. They were even able to complete the entire job in about a day and a half. The only issue I had with them was that they were late both days. Lucky for me, I work from home so it didn't create a big issue with my schedule. It turned out to not be a problem because they still worked quickly and finished on time, I could just see how it would difficult for home owners that don't work from home and need them to be there on time. Overall, I highly recommend this company. <br />

The Good: <br /> Ceasar and his crew did a decent job of installing the new flooring to match the existing, sanded and finished it all together. You can't really tell it's new and old. The majority of the work came out pretty nice. <br /> The Bad: <br /> There were a few smaller issues like the guys not locking and closing the front door when they left for the day, A mirror and picture frame were broken (the cost of replacement of which were willingly taken off the bill, still time out of day to deal with), and a couple other nit-picky issues with clean up and such.  <br /> Our big issue was the thresholds/transitions that were installed, and the lack of professionalism afterward. First, they were installed after the floors were finished, and don't match as well as everything else. The major problem is the installation itself. The transition split when nailed down, and was left as finished. When I contacted Caesar, the head of the business, he said there was nothing he could do. Even if he installed a new piece, he was sure it would split again. This part of the transition is not in a dark corner somewhere that would never be seen, it's right in the middle of the common area coming into the kitchen. All Caesar could say was that he was sorry but he didn't know what to do, other than just not charge me for the material. I could have done a half-a** job myself, my wife and I both work full-time and have a newborn. I just wanted it done, right. I was not able to come to any resolution that satisfied, other than to pay them what was owed, and look for someone else to fix the still cracked transition. <br /> Unfortunately, an otherwise good job, the floors do look pretty darn good, is overshadowed by a very poor finish, poor communication, and poor professionalism. <br /> I would not use again, nor recommend Best Hardwood. <br />

They showed up on time on the day to start the install . They gave me a rundown of what I wanted and what was to be done. Then got right to work. I watched them for a bit and could not believe the care they were putting into the job. They worked fast but VERY accurate . The guys were the most polite workers you would want to meet. The finished product has wowed everyone who looked at it. My contractor asked me for there number so impressed with the workman ship . What they charge for the hi quality work they provide I would say was cheep. Go with them on your floors you won't be sorry. They are so confident of there work, they don't ask for a dime till your happy. I was happy to pay them <br />

From start to finish, Best Hardwood was very professional and responsive to our needs. They helped us compare various hardwood flooring options in their showroom, ordered and delivered the wood, and scheduled the installation around our availability. They had a crew of several workers on the job, they started promptly, and finished well. There were two pieces where the wood had a splinter coming up that we found the evening of the job completion, so we called them back. The owner came back on Saturday morning with a worker and they removed those pieces and replaced them with some of the spare wood we had, and he spoke to the lead on our job to make sure that they saw the mistake. During the job we've met with both of the owners, and they are very passionate about their trade and the business. I would highly recommend this locally owned business with great owners and great value who stand behind their job. <br />

Great to work with these guys!  We wanted to try and match existing wood floors and they helped us find the best match.  the installation started on time and was completed a bit earlier than expected.  Floors look great with all transitions working great! <br />

We had to delay the project  because the construction wasn't completed yet. They did a nice job of working with us on our timeline. They did a nice job with installing the hardwood flooring. That is what they specialize in. They worked with us as we put in the heated flooring. I would use them if all you are doing is installing hardwood flooring or carpet. They did not do a good job on the baseboards. It seemed they were in a hurry. The joints don't match up, they used baseboards that were broken when they could have used baseboards that were not damaged. This caused more work for me when i went to paint and finish the baseboards. <br />
