Best Hardwood Floors Inc

We were very impressed with Russell and the crew.  They arrived exactly when they said they would and were timely each day they were here.  The crew worked diligently throughout the day.  They were especially impressive in working with a door-something they don't normally do-and something that became more involved than they expected.  They didn't complain or overcharge, but instead took care of it.  There are a few spots where clean up may not have been all that we wanted, but overall we were very impressed and would use them again without looking further. <br />

The workers were pleasant. When it was ready to put the stain down they put the options on the floor so I could see what they would look like on my floors. They finished when they said they were suppose to finish. The floors looked good when they were done. After two months after the floors were refinished they started to scratch really easy and chips of stain and polyurethane were coming up mainly in the living room and here and there throughout the rest of the house. I contacted Hardwood Floors Inc to have them come out and take a look. Immediately when he walked in he blamed it on me dragging furniture across the floor. I spent my saving on this I was extra cautious when moving in furniture. Once I told him that he said it was my dogs were scratching the floors. I have had dogs on hardwood floors my whole life, I have never seen damage like this. Hardwood Floors Inc did offer to redo the living room. He said that he would have to sand the p*** out of it. Needless to say, I will not use them again. <br />

I have been pleased with them and they did a good job. The floors looked awful to start with and they look like new. They are just beautiful. They figured out how to get stains out without pulling out boards. They said 3 or 4 days and that's how long it took so they were timely.

The work that they performed for me went very well. Russell, the owner, was very personable and the crew was very nice as well. They did have to come back for an extension cord that was left behind, but overall the clean-up was great. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family as I have already shared my experience with a few interested co-workers and neighbor. As you can see, I gave them a 'B' on pricing. It was actually a good, fair pricing. I just never would have thought about spending as much money as we did on flooring, but other estimates came in $3-10k more, which we thought was ridiculous!! So I could have given them an 'A', but when you're thinking of only spending $7 or $8k on flooring and someone smacks you with an $17k estimate, you're at a lost of words. You're even more surprised at the next one that is almost $20k and the one after that which is almost a whopping $30K!!! Long story short, very pleased with everything that they did for us and will pass their information on and will use them in the future. Highly Recommended! <br />

We couldn't finish everything until they had to sand everything and put the finish down the floor. At times, they had a lack of professionalism. They did not clean up well, after their work. We had to call them back, couple of times to fix things that was not quite right.
