Provider did show up on time, and called beforehand to verify I was home. The repair person, did NOT however, take my offer of a bucket to catch water from the machine, and consequently nearly soaked the floor of the utility room. I had to offer more towels to abate the water. Was told of my need of a new wiring harness, and that the part would arrive in 7-10 business days. As of the date of this review, I have heard NOTHING from said provider, and I cannot get anyone to answer at their number 501-833-1999. <br />

Company is responsive, professional, and trustworthy. Best Home Solutions has great difficulty with obtaining parts from local suppliers, which has been evident from many notes here on Angie's list. The technician who confirmed that the problem was the compressor did all he could immediately to obtain the new part, but the local supplier was unresponsive. This problem is ongoing, and seems to be of great frustration to BHS workers. I was able to order the new compressor in a timely way by calling a friend of mine who is a regional sales representative for Whirlpool. That part is to arrive on Friday of this week, three days from now, and the Best Home Solutions technician is willing to do the installation. I wish to continue with their service. Dick Nugent <br />

We had some issues with the time frame given by Lowes and was contacted by Best Home Solutions and told I had to select another time period as they were over-booked. I was pleased with the technician that came to the house. He promptly figured out the problem with the fridge and told me he had to order the parts. They called a few days later and had the part in stock and was ready to perform the work. We selected a time period and the same technician did the work. He was punctual, called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time. The work was done quickly and done well. I was more impressed with the technician than the people in their office. However, it seemed the people in the office were affected somewhat by the warranty provider. <br />

"We are glad that you liked the technician I am sorry about the issues with the office . we are sent over dispatches with times that are preset by several warranty companies we do try very hard to work within those times however issues come up and they can sometimes fall behind and even run ahead is schedule the office should be letting the customer know this and try to keep customers more informed during the day I will work more with my office to see that thus better done done thank you for your post"

I worked through my Home Warranty company and there was a terrible delay in getting the parts. The first set of parts sent by the insurance was incorrect and it took a while to get the right parts. There was some finger pointing between the Insurance company and Best Solutions so I really don't know who was at fault. The entire time was about four weeks to get the dishwahser repaired which I think was too long. <br /> I want to state again though that the tech did a great job. He seemed to know what he was talking about and knew what needed to be done to fix it and at the end of the day that's what really counts. <br /> I don't know if the issue was the Insurance company or Best Soltuions only that it took longer than I would have liked due to the issues with the parts. I'll never know who was at fault and at this point I guess it doesn't matter. I would use them again and I would recommend them to others. <br />

We were informed Best Home Solutions would be servicing our ovens through our home warranty company after the usual go to. A week later with no contact from them I made the call. I was told if the serviceman had time he would be out to see us that day. I'm so glad they weren't coming to fix my furnace or deliver a kidney. If I'd not called who knows when we would have seen them. Luckily I'm a stay at home mom and was available that day. It would have been nice for them to schedule a service rather than have them drop by when they had time. <br />

"TALKED TO TECH AND HE STATED HE WAS FOLLOWING PROCEDURE BY PULLING THE TECH SHEET OUT AND CHECK THE WIRING ECT...AND HE ALSO FOLLOWED PROCEDURE BY CALLING HER WARRANTYCOMPANY AND GIVE A DIGONSIS CUSTOMER WAS GIVING A NEW RANGE BAISED ON HIS DIGONSIS. AS FAR AS THE TIME SCHEDULE THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE NOT HERE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES OR GIVE ME THEIR SIDE BUT THAT IS NOT POLICY EITHER SO WILL MAKE SURE NOT HAPPENS AGAIN"

Our freezer was not working on Monday a.m. I called Sub Zero as instructed. They were very helpful and gave me three names of authorized repairmen. The receptionist at Best Home Solutions first told me they could not send a serviceman until the next day, but when I explained that I had a freezer full of food she checked with the owner and they arranged to have someone out in two hours. He arrived exactly as promised, found that the control board was bad but was able to get the freezer working. He ordered the part, which was shipped overnite and installed the next day. The warranty had expired and the cost of the part and overnite shipping was more than half of the total cost. The repairman was very professional and I was well satisfied with the service.

We were advised to call this company by the store we bought it from. The advice was bad because the service was terrible. It took six weeks for the part they needed to come in. The technician had to make several different trips to get other parts. It was obvious he did not know what he was doing. The dryer is still having the same problem. We have called them twice about it, and they have done their best to avoid us. If it was not fixed right they should not have charged us. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
