I highly, highly recommend Best Moving Service. From the moment I emailed the company and then called and spoke with Doug for a quote, everything was handled with utmost professionalism, and they made it all as easy as possible. The information was all provided in a clear and honest manner, and the company was very diligent about confirming everything. As a veteran of numerous moves, including cross country moves -- and thus a veteran of every type of positive and negative experience -- I was somewhat stressed about this small move because we were on a very tight schedule. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. Art and Albert showed up right on time, the move went quickly and smoothly and with great care for our items, and we were all incredibly pleased by the experience. We have a couple of other moves coming up in the future, and Best Moving Service will be our go-to!

The team from BEST was not only professional and hardworking the whole time, but tidy, polite and cheerful. They were a pleasure to work with. Not one complaint from them even into the evening. I’ve moved many times - this time we had the most stuff - and have never had such a pleasant experience!

The packing went well and the move went well also. The packing equipment costs were a bit higher than anticipated but it was worth it to have everything pack. The guys who moved were very diligent about putting the boxes in the room specified which was very helpful! They were hard-working, friendly, professional, courteous and fast.

Great company to deal with. Excellent communication. Beware of companies that advertise that they are licensed and insured. This one is. The CPUC is the licensing agency (California Public Utilities Commission). I think you will be very pleased if you decide to deal with this company.

They were fantastic. They had a crew of three guys working the first day for about 6 hours packing things. Two 24' trucks and four guys pulled up the next morning to finish packing and then load the truck. They had everything loaded in six hours. Once arriving in LB, they noticed we had wood floors so they sent me to a hardware store to get felt pads for everything which they applied to every piece of furniture they put in the house. They made sure our refrigerator, washer, and dryer were connected and working before they left. We have a Sleep Number bed and they reassembled and inflated it to ensure that worked too! Although I told them it would be okay to put more boxes in the Master Bedroom, they wanted us to have a relaxing environment and not feel cramped. They even made sure the bedding box was handy so we could sleep in sheets on the first night. Only one broke item and one chipped item in all that stuff! My only complaint and this is so lame is that I'd advise ANY packer to write "Pots and Pans" on that specific box instead of "Kitchen." There were 14 boxes marked "Kitchen" and of course the pots and pans were in the last one I opened and I found that on Day 3.

Once I got everything to my new home. I didn't find any issues and everything was delivered in perfect condition. The charge me exactly was I was quoted.

I had about a 1-bedroom house's worth of stuff to move to 2 different places. The guys showed up in the time they said they would, they were courteous, professional, and nice to boot. They moved everything with great care and attention. When they weren't sure about something, they'd ask. They were pretty quick too. They had me verify everything at each place to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. The rates are very reasonable and straightforward, and they don't try to do complicated math like the number of guys + number of hours x gas x distance or any malarkey like that. I also got a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member, which is always appreciated. <br> <br>The only negative, if I had one, would be to say that although they take cards, they do the old fashioned card imprint stuff. Guys, there is technology for that nowadays and it's way more secure than the system you have now. And instead of penalizing customers for using a card (the rate is higher for cards than cash) why not say there is a discount for paying in cash?

The guys arrived exactly on time. They were extremely courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire move. They had absolutely no issues quickly disassembling the furniture, loading the truck, arriving at the new place, unloading and assembling everything in the most careful and professional way possible. They were done ahead of the predicted time. Overall a seamless move with no hiccups and no issues whatsoever. We would definitely use this company again. <br />
