Best Performance Roofing

Long turnaround time because crew was always busy. Roof leaked during install. Finally got the roof installed without leaks but it was different color than was agreed upon. Could not come to a resolution so we're stuck with a roof color that we didn't want.

The interaction I had with several Best Performance Roofing employees was exactly that it was the best. Sam was very proficient at what he does explaining the entire process of having a new roof replacement. He makes you very comfortable when explaining the whole process including the different products used and the steps taken to complete the job. Both him and Jose at the office kept me well informed concerning the arrival of the roofing materials.Also Luis was very congenial and was able to explain to me the functions of the different products used in presenting me with a beautiful new roof. I have already received many compliments on the looks and craftsmanship. I was very pleased at the professionalism of Juan who I would call the Forman of the roofing crew and his installers. They worked with both speed and accuracy. In closing I would like to give my thanks especially to Sam who was very cordial and the rest of the Best Performance Roofing Company for the outstanding service and work they did for me. The company is quite organized and represents itself very well. It was a relief to be able to communicate with the representatives as much as needed throughout the entire without any hesitation and would promptly answer all questions. I would most definitely recommend this company as very reliable and trustworthy. As we have in this industry one can easily fall prey to a quick solution sales pitch and regret later. We are blessed that we this guys came our way. They went above and beyond. Rima was a true gem and her boss incredible being.

Best Performance Roofing made the process of replacing our roof stress free! Other roofing companies we met with seemed to be more concerned with the meeting their needs before ours. We were pressed to sign with them or lose out on a time line that was very limited. Some only pushed one kind of roofing material. With Sam and the folks at Best Performance Roofing we were treated with care. They put us first. They were very professional and thorough in explaining the different products they had and help us decide on what would be best for our home. The work was started right away at our home, not like the months wait we would have had with other the companies. I am so grateful that Best Performance Roofing was recommended to us. Sammy completed a shingle roof replacement for our home. His staff communicated with us through the duration of the project. Everyone on his team was knowledgeable and assisted us with the HOA, permits, scheduling, etc. The project did get delayed for a few weeks due to the HOA and county which was completely out of their hands. However, once the project started, it took about a week to finish the job. Would highly recommend Best Performance Roofing if you're in need of a new roof.

Sam was wonderful! He explained all of our options and answered all of our questions. When there were problems, he worked to have it corrected immediately. The work crew got here early, did great work, stayed late and cleaned up when they were finished. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

We were looking to reroof and came across Best Performance Roofing on Angie’s list with 5 star review, and decided to give them a call. Not only Sam showed up on time and gave us an estimate on the spot, but with very reasonable estimate, we had gotten two other estimates and they were both higher and did not respond when they were supposed to. Not only Best Performance Roofing were lower then other estimates, they included lot more work then other companies( like replacing chimney wood, extra plywood, painting side of the house, redoing our Porch ceiling etc…) subcontractors did an excellent job redoing ceiling work. Sam and their team were very knowledgeable and did an excellent work. We are happy with how great our roof looks, our neighbors can’t stop complimenting on our roof every time they pass by. Excellent job putting on a new roof. We found the previous roofs underneath and quite a bit of wood damage. I was walked through everything and at the end my roof is great and the wood has all been repaired. Very happy with the communication and the quality of the work. Kudos to the crew who worked hard to get this job done.
