Ann was very nice and professional. I called and she rearranged her schedule to fit me in that same day. She came in and identified the type of roaches and went to work. I have not seen any roaches since before the treatment. I will be using the service monthly until I’m satisfied that they are truly gone. The initial first treatment cost was very affordable. I’ll be using the service monthly until I’m satisfied that they are gone. I really highly recommend this family owned company.

Went very well! I called this morning and they were here this afternoon. Very reasonable price and nice technician. Took his shoes off without asking and worked efficiently. I will use them again.....found them due to their reviews on Angies List

<p>Had a bit of a hiccup getting this appointment scheduled. I was unsure of timing and it sounds like their person doing the scheduling was out of the office for a few days. I was given a window of 2 - 4 PM for someone to arrive and was called at 3:45 letting me know someone was on their way and would arrive in 10 minutes. </p> <p>The gentleman that arrived was very courteous and knowledgeable. He profusely apologize I had to wait until the tail end of my given window and offered to throw down some ant bait as he noticed I had ants outside the house. I had no idea they were even there. Once in a while I'll get a trail the comes in the house but I put out ant bait and they're gone. He informed me that's just bringing them into the house and told me how to properly lay out my own ant bait to help with prevention.</p> <p>He also informed me we should get another treatment done in the fall. I had no idea how these destructive insects mated and laid eggs nor why they kept coming back year after year. Now I know and am grateful I can get this company to come out and take care of things.</p>

I spoke to Ann at the office and explained my issues.  She was very helpful and walked me through want I needed to do.  We set an appointment and Dan came out a few days later and treated for ants and mice.  Dan was very knowledgable about pest control and explained what his was doing.  Before he left he told me to call if I have any questions or concerns.   A few days later I started to see ants again.  After a call to the office Dan Came right back out an retreated.   A really nice group of people.  I will use them again if needed and I would highly recommend them. <br />

The guy that came out was exceedingly kind, and informative. We will definitely use them going forward!

They came out the day after I called, were very prompt & reasonably priced as well! We have used them in the past for ants but they're great for mice too! <br />

We came home Friday after to work to bees in our master bath (getting in through a small slit above the shower) and called Best Pest.  Anne was not able to send anybody that night (it was already after 5pm), but she stayed late to make sure she had somebody lined up to come out on Saturday.  Bruce came out and was awesome--very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and did a great job.  He got rid of all bees/wasps nests around the outside of the house, treated for bees, and covered the area where the bees were getting into the house.  Best Pest had treated for ants earlier in the year, and included a discount for a follow-up treatment (along with the bee treatment) for the ants (even though we had only seen a few since the earlier treatment). <br /> I have used Best Pest for years and will continue to use them because they are awesome! <br />

They came the same  day that I called and the appt. took approximately an hour and a half.  Their treatment was successful, no more bees. <br />

He did not removed the feces, urine soaked insulation, etc  I called to ask them to complete the work and they do not return my calls <br />

They were good! They eliminated the issue after just one visit.

They did an excellent job and were very kind and informative!  Clean and on-time!  I would highly recommend them to anyone for pest control!! <br />

Prompt response to initial phone call. Very professional on phone. Technician was also very professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

He came out when he said he would but it was raining so he couldn't spray the area.  Came back the next day at the appointed time.  So far no more bees... <br /> <br />

Paul arrived promptly at the agreed time.  He called 30 minutes prior to arriving.  His car was marked with the advertising.  He restated my request before proceeding with the perimeter spraying.  He also asked permission to check the interior window where the ant had been seen.  Upon completion Paul had the bill ready for me to sign.  I paid as was the agreement from the initial phone quote.  Very pleased! <br />

They are excellent.

The guy came out and sprayed for ants - in February and again in May. I still had problems with the ants and he came right back and found specifically where the ants were coming from and sprayed again at no charge. <br />

We had birds nesting in an exhaust fan duct that was open on the exterior of the house. I called best pest to have them come out, remove the nest and install a new cover which I had already purchased. The technician came out with a ladder and a coat hanger and claimed he couldn't get the nest out because it was too deep into the vent (using a coat hanger.... Not surprised!). He also said it was too difficult and complicated to install the new cover I had purchased, so he ran to the local Menards (which was nice of him) and purchased a cage like cover to fit over the current exhaust to stop birds from getting into the vent. I called a professional to deal with the problem because I didn't have the tools needed to fix it properly. What they did I could have done in 10 minutes for a tenth of the cost. Didn't meet my expectations on any level. The technician was a nice guy, but didn't really fix my problem and I've stressed about it since. <br />

We've used them in the past and have always had excellent results.  They are professional, friendly and remember the particulars of my request for treatment from previous visits. They are the best! <br />

I had a problem with ants in the house.  I tried to handle myself but I continued to get them. There were better deals for pest control but I used Best Pest last year for a wasp problem and they did an ecellent jobt so I contact them for this problem.  It appears to have worked as I have not had any ants in the house since the treatment.

Best Pest Management were on time and I felt that he did a good evaluation of the entry points and then he did a good job of closing them up. They did what was expected and my needs were met and the price was very fair.
