Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They came on Jan. 24th to redo the entire roof. My appt time was for 7:30am/8am. They arrived at 12:10pm. They completed the job around 5pm before sunset. I was concerned about the time frame but they reassured me that it would be fine. The next day there was a snowstorm. After letting the snow melt (about a week later), I noticed some shingles on the floor. I looked up and noticed it was from the new roof. I contacted them immediately on Feb 8th. Then Feb 17th. Then March 25th. He said he'll have his crew stop by. No action yet. I sent the last text on April 2nd. No response. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I paid 9k in full and expect better service. I sent a complaint to Angie's list as well.

I paid in full and expected quality work despite the time frame. There is a 25 year warranty and it is not being honored. I have reached out multiple times and still no follow up to the issue. I paid 9k to complete the roof.
