I hired Best Quality Heating and Cooling to vacuum and sanitize vent systems in two homes. The crew arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. Sneezing during the night and stuffiness upon awakening drove me to Home Advisor looking for vent cleaning early on a Sunday morning. Best Quality was one of 3 companies I requested a quote from, and the only one who responded. Service technician Mark called me within 10 minutes,came out the next day,fully explained the procedure and the job was done the very next day. Mathieu explained what he was doing, respected our needs, and because our skeptical side wanted to see "what was in the vaccuum bag", showed us the contents. I haven't sneezed since.

Posted on HomeAdcisor at 8pm, the initial responses all had 2-4 day waiting times. Someone (their on call tech) called me at 1am and said he could be on site at 8am next day.
