I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them.

Awful. When they came to our house to move us they accused us of moving more things into our garage than were there when they gave us the estimate which was untrue. I had to argue with them to keep our price. The truck they brought was too small. In between leaving LA for Chicago, they unloaded all our things at their warehouse in 100 degree weather. Repacked it in a larger truck, and then left for Chicago. When they arrived in Chicago - they showed up at 5pm. Only 2 men unpacked the truck. They damaged the piano and lost one box of business papers and a small computer. We sent them home at 1 am and put together all the furniture ourselves. We also took off all the moving blankets. It was exhausting and a terrible experience.

I bought the big deal for three men for two hours for $149 - a steal in any situation. Alex then charged $80 for use of the truck. Despite horrendous traffic, the three personable young men efficiently cleared out a storage unit, loaded the truck and off-loaded everything in good shape and accessible. They followed my directions, made suggestions of their own and everything worked out well for all. <br />

It went great. Basically when I had a conversation it was, "Oh, you know we do every half an hour increment." I was like, "Great! Let's just do it." but then when it came to actually paying it, it was you went five minutes over, so we have to charge you the whole hour. The guys that came out themselves have nothing to do with the pricing. The movers themselves did a great job and they were nice and attentive.

It was very simple. They boxed some possessions and loaded the furniture. <br /> They were nice guys, clean and worked continuously. Can't expect more from a mover. <br />

I will say these guys were on-time, had good humor, and quick given the circumstances. I just wasn't expecting the move to take so long and cost so much more on top of what I had already paid. It was estimated 6 hours, which I paid for 3 hrs, but wound up taking 9 hours and 2 trips to finish the job. The truck wasn't big enough and we probably needed one more mover to help make it an even faster process. This is our 1st time using movers so there are a lot of lessons we learned about this process. All in all I still think these guys were great under the circumstances considering all they had to move, which was A LOT!! <br />

The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small. <br /> Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit. <br />

They arrived exactly on time and were professional and prepared to start the moving process right away.
