Kenneth is the owner of the company . Hey come as a salesman he also return to manage the job he was hands on and made sure that I was getting a quality job! He definitely under promise and over achieved! And when above and Beyond the details of the contract.

It went VERY well. The team that Best Quality Renovations (BQR) sent to my home were just that, the BEST. The quality of workmanship, professionalism, promptness, and price were impeccable. I wished I had found them years earlier. The On-Site -Manager for this job (Kenneth) and other team members, explained in detail what they were doing at all times. If I had a question, they'd explain what was happening in detail. They really know their stuff! They kept to their work schedule. This is something I've had issues in the past with other companies. Not BQR! They did what they said they'd do and when they said they'd do it. Time management is very important to me. <br /> The only regret I have is I wish I had more money to spend for this company to do more work when they were here. But that's OK! It's a new year. I've already been in contact with BQR about renovating my kitchen and bathrooms! <br /> <br /> I failed to mention earlier, but I also had some other items that needed attention. BQR re-affixed my gutters to my home and cleaned them. While they were working on the gutters they did some minor work on my roof as well. <br /> I'm tell you this company is GREAT, hands down!

It went perfectly! Very pleased with the end result. Also did some pressure washing and cleaned the gutters and replaced some siding as well.
